Chapter 16: Sacrifices

"Oh man, now this, this is what I'm talking about!" Steve beamed

The boy was referring to the beautiful car in front of them

"Toddfather" Robin read

"Oh screw Todd! Steve's her daddy now!" Steve said

"Papa?" Daphne questioned

Daphne got in the passengers, while the rest got in the back.

"Did you just talk about yourself in third person?" Robin asked

"Did he just call himself daddy?" Erica added

"Alright, where are we going?" Steve asked

"Weathertop" Dustin replied

"Weather-what?" Steve asked

"Just drive!" Dustin demanded

"Okay, jeez!" Steve said

Steve drove with Dustin navigating him, a while passed by, Daphne was staring off out the window. She realized she didn't like Dustin, she liked someone else. That's when she realized, she had a crush on Will.

"Suzie must be pretty special huh? I mean if you built this thing and lugged it all the way to the middle of nowhere just to talk to her?" Robin asked

"I mean, nobody's scientifically perfect, but Suzie's about as close to being perfect as any human could possibly be" Dustin smiled

"She sound made up to me, she sound made up to you?" Erica asked Steve and Daphne

Daphne looked at Steve, they were both thinking of an answer

"Why are you two hesitating?" Dustin asked

"We're not! I think she sounds real, you know totally absolutely real" Steve answered

"Left, turn left!" Dustin said

Daphne turned around and tried looking for the mall, Steve made a sharp turn and put his arm out to stop Daphne from flying out.

"Whoa! Henderson! Where are we going?" Steve asked

"Up!" Dustin replied

"We're not gonna make it!" Robin yelled from the back

"Oh yes we are! Come on baby! Come on!" Steve encouraged

The car stopped

"Guess the toddfather has its limitations" Robin said

"Come on, let's just walk the rest" Daphne suggested

They walked up until they saw a blinking light

"Everyone... meet cerebro" Dustin spoke

Daphne laid on the grass and took a quick power nap, she woke up and saw a giant shadow figure slowly making its way to the mall.

"WILL!" Daphne screamed

Dustin tried getting in contact to them but no one replied, Steve and Daphne started running down the hill

"Where the hell are you going?!" Erica asked

"To save them!" Daphne replied

Adrenaline was pulsing through her veins. Robin joined them after, Dustin threw a walkie at her. Robin got in the passenger seat while Daphne got in the back.

"STEVE DRIVE FASTER!" Daphne yelled

"I'm going!" He yelled

They spotted Nancy's car and Billy's car. Steve crashed into Billy's car, they all got out of the car.
