One year later I am joined with the Avengers again in Sokovia, Steve and I had a daughter named Katelyn Marie Rogers, she was born on February 7th, 2015 and is four months. Matthew was happy to have a sister, Jennifer does indeed have her hands full with Matthew and now Katelyn.

"Shit!" Tony says over the ear piece.

"Language!" Steve says, "Jarvis, what's the view from upstairs?"

"The central building is protected by some kind of energy shield, Strucker's technology is well beyond any other Hydra base we've taken," Jarvis says.

"Loki's scepter must be here. Strucker couldn't mount this defense without it. At long last," Thor says.

I was with Natasha knocking out some soldiers as we fight, "'at long last' is lasting a little long, boys."

"Yeah, I think we lost the element of surprise," Clint says.

"Wait a second, no one else is going to deal with the fact that Cap just said 'language'?" Tony asked.

"I know," Steve says, "it just slipped out."

I chuckled, "what's the matter Tony? Never heard your mother say language?"

Everyone ooh'd, he sarcastically laughed, "ha-ha very funny Miranda."

As I fight more Thor lands next to me fighting alongside me as Natasha goes over by Clint, after fighting some soldiers that headed our way, I take a breather as Thor looks to me.

"Where were you? After all this time?" I asked him.

He smiles, "worried about me are you?"

"Just curious."

"Was in Asgard containing the imprisonment of my brother, dealing with saving London from the Dark Elves," he tells me.

I nod, "London huh? Were you ever going to send a postcard?"

"Never intended to, but was going to send you a letter by a bird," he says with a smile coming close.

I looked at his chest as it falls before my eyes I cleared my throat, "well, a letter or a postcard would've been nice."

"How about you?" He asked me before I walked off.

"What?" I asked turning to him.

"What about you? Where were you? Heimdall saw you but didn't intend on telling me, he told me I shouldn't worry," he says to me walking up to me again.

I smiled, "I was in Washington D.C. handling things, found out I was pregnant with Katelyn and here we are."

"But were you alright?" He asked coming closer.

I smiled, "I was fine Thor, nothing to worry about."

"Miranda there's something I need to tell you," he says to me.

I was confused, "what is it?"

"Miranda I—"

"Clint's hit!" Natasha says in the earpiece, "somebody want to deal with that bunker?"
