<-Lily's POV->

As we kissed, it felt like magic. I never thought it would happen. We pulled apart and Grace's eyes widened and her face turned red.

"Oh my god, I'm so so sorry," she said in a panic.

"It's fine," I said.

We let go of each other and looked up at the dark, scary, and somehow beautiful sky in silence. After a couple of minutes, Grace spoke up.

"Hey, Lily?"

"Yeah?"

"When we kissed," she paused, trying to find the right words to say, "d-did you...like it?"

I thought about it for a few seconds. "Yeah, yeah I did. Did you?"

"Mhm."

We smiled. "Let's go back inside, now," Grace said, sitting up. She stood and offered me her hand.

I took it and hoisted myself up. Grace looked down and gasped.

"Oh my god! Are you okay?! Your knee is bleeding!" she said.

I looked down and noticed a huge gash on my knee. That's what I get for falling onto concrete.

"I'll be fine, Grace," I said. "I'll heal myself."

I bent over and began to heal my knee. "How did you even get that huge gash on your knee?"

"I fell onto concrete," I said. "This is the karma I get for doing it."

"It's not your fault your clumsy," she said.

"No, no it is," I said. "I just don't pay attention to my surroundings."

"Oof, my dude," she said.

I finished healing my knee and once I was done, we headed back inside. I shoved the doors open and once I did, Asher, Jamie, and Ava all ran over to me and gave me a group hug that I never asked to be a part of.

"Lily!" they said in unison. "We're so so sorry!"

"Guys, it's okay!" I said.

"No, it's not!" Asher said.

"We said mean things to you!" Jamie said.

"And especially after everything you've been through, we shouldn't have said that. It was inconsiderate and rude of us to do!" Ava said.

"Can you ever forgive us?" they asked in unison.

They must be really sorry, I thought. They look like they've been crying. Asher and Jamie are shaking. And Ava never gives anyone a hug.

"I forgive you guys," I said, hugging them back.

"Thank you!" Asher said, happily.

We stood in the group hug for a minute or two and then pulled apart. I looked over at my friends to see them all smiling. I looked around and realized that someone was missing. Sara.

"Have you guys seen Sara?" I asked.

"She went into the bathroom a couple of minutes ago," Jacob said. "That one."

He pointed to the bathroom in the commons and I ran in that direction, ignoring the shouts of my siblings and friends. I walked in and after a few steps, found Sara sitting on the dirty ass floor, crying.

"Sara?" I asked, walking over to her. "Are you okay?"

She looked up at me in surprise. Once she realized it was me, her face relaxed and she looked down. "Y-Yeah, yeah I'm f-fine."
