"Well?" Jade took a small step backwards using her crutches as support. "Are you going to explain?" The geordie mum asked looking at her nervous daughter.
"Mam, sit down." The blonde said as they all manoeuvred over to the sofas. The younger geordie sat forward her elbows rested on her knees, her hands clasped and resting against her lips. Her mouth opened and closed a few times, trying to think of the right way to explain this situation. The tanned girl reached out and grabbed the pale girl's hand, holding it between them. "Mam...Jade's my girlfriend...I'm in love with her." Debbie sat back in the armchair, her face giving nothing away.
"So, what about Zayn?" The blonde bit her lip.
"He er...cheated on me...again."
"Oh darling, I'm sorry." Perrie shook her head at this comment.
"It's not your fault."
"What an absolute idiot."
"Agreed." Jade piped up.
"So what about you and Sam?" She said to the small brunette.
"He broke up with me because he knew I loved Perrie and he didn't trust me to not cheat on him."
"Same, but Zayn cheated on me instead. I'm sorry mam." A confused look crossed the geordie mum's face.
"For what?"
"I know you liked Zayn and you're disappointed because I couldn't keep hold of him."
"Perrie you numpty." Debbie moved from the armchair to the other side of her daughter, giving her a hug. "I liked Zayn because he made you happy. To be honest I always thought he was a bit of an arrogant prick." The younger geordie laughed slightly. "You know, deep down I always wanted you and Jeed to get together. Me and Norma are the biggest Jerrie shippers ever." A big smile spread across the mum's face.
"You alright there fangirl?"
"Aye pet. Have you told your mam yet?" She turned to Jade.
"Um...no." The brunette nervously answered.
"I can't believe you haven't told your mam. She'll be made up."
"I've just been distracted, I guess." Jade said looking up at the blue eyed girl who sat back, putting her arm around the small girl, bringing her with her and placing a kiss to her forehead.
"So how have you been coping? Pez gave us a brief before I got here." The small geordie shrugged. "Well if you need anything just call, ok?" Jade nodded.
"I think Perrie's got it covered."
"Good, take care of her. No mucking her about." She pointed her finger at the blonde.
