Part 8 (Deal)

Uraraka's POV

Monday

I was walking to lunch thinking about everything that we had just went over in class, but more importantly I was thinking about which hero I would want to work with during my work study.

It was a few months away so I still had a while, I didn't have many offers though so I guess that helps with the deciding.

I wonder how Deku, Todoroki, and Bakugo would decide on who they wanted to work with, I'm sure they had a offer from every hero agencies around. Those three were something else, they well change the world when they get older.

I finally made it to the cafeteria, after getting my food I make my way to where Deku and Idle are sitting when all the sudden I feel someone hook there arm through mine and begin to led me somewhere else.

I look to find it is Mina leading me to the Bakusquad table.

"Mina what are you doing?!?" I say in a loud hush as we get close to the table.

"I'm just helping you with what you wanted Chaco, here's your chance to get to know him"

AHHH this was so like Mina!!!

"Hey everyone, Uraraka's going to eat with us" she says as she sits down.

I am left standing there red faced and embarrassed by this sudden turn of events..... I will get her back.

"The more the merrier" says Kirishima giving me his signature toothy grin

"Welcome" says Siro giving me a thumbs up

"Having you eat with us just makes me..... Ecstatic" says Kaminari as he burst into laughter.
Everyone just stars at him, "you know cause of my.... never mind, kill joys" he mummers.

"Why the fuck are you sitting with us" the leader finally speaks. Before I can say anything Mina jumps in.

"I asked her too, we were going to talk about who we wanted to do our work study with before lunch but then the bell rang so I just told her to seat with us so we can still talk about it." Mina was such a fast liar I thought.

"Really, cause it looked to me like you dragged her over here when she was on her way to that damn nerds table."

Mina looks panicked for a moment at being caught in her lie, but then suddenly gets a devilish grin on her face.

"How would you know that Lord Explosion Murder unless you were watching Uraraka?"

I feel my self get redder as my brain registered what she had said... it was true he had to of been watching me to of known that.

As I look to Bakugo he looks pissed and there is the slightest shade of pink that crosses his face.

Everyone at the table is trying to hold in the laughter as they all find this turn of events very funny but none of them being brave enough to openly laugh from fear of dying.

He turns his gaze to me and once again I feel like a dear in headlights unable to move.

"Well are you going to fucking seat down or what round face."

I hadn't even realized I had been standing this whole time until he said that. I take a seat beside Mina which puts me directly across from Bakugo.

Why was he watching me? It didn't make sense but nether did a lot of things that angry blonde did.

We all talked about where we were going for our work study, everyone seemed to of already decided on who they were going to do it with except for me. I shouldn't be surprised everyone probably had a lot of offers compared to me, I could always go back to gunhead but I wanted to branch out and learn knew things from another hero you know.
