There You Are, The Light to my Darkness...

Chapter Eleven

"Where are we going?"

"It's a surprise but I hope you like it"

"I'm sure I will" I looked at him and smiled

Im so anxious to get to where we're going

Dream then started to drive uphill

"Is it cold where we're going? Cause I'm not exactly dressed for the cold" I laughed

"Eh it'll be kinda cold but I have blankets so we'll be fine just sit back and enjoy the view until we get there"

"Okay!"

Looking out the window I thought about what I should do

I know I told myself last night that I was going to confess to him but now that we're here I don't know if I can

The more I think about it the more nervous I get. I don't know if I'll be able to do this....

I decided to put headphones in and listen to music...

I let it play when I start to hear a song I've never heard before it immediately reminds me of Dream
It reminds me of why I love him and it gives me hope that I can do this.

"Okay we're here!"

He got out of the car and walked to my door. He opened it and reached his hand out

"come on let's go!"

I took it and he held my hand walking to the backseat grabbing a couple of blankets and bags that contained who knows what in it, finally we started walking up to the top of the hill.

When we reached the top Dream put down the blankets

I looked around and saw that we were in a field of daisies

"Woah..."

"Yea it's pretty right? This is one of my favorite places, I love daisies so much"

"It is, daisies are so pretty"

"Okay! Time to eat"
He said holding the bags up in the air

"I got McDonalds because I remember you telling me that you loved it"

"YES I'm so ready to eat this"

"Oh I also got...... This!" He pulled out two cups.

"What is it?"

"Hot chocolate because that's how we met by you spilling it on me"
We both started to laugh

"Hey- I said I was sorry"

"I know I know but I thought it was cute we met like that, it's like the movies"

"Yea it's pretty weird though, anyway let's eat I'm starving"

After we finished eating we started to talk when suddenly Dream got up.

"I'll be right back stay here okay?"

"Okay..?"

He started to run back down the hill

I hope he doesn't leave me here

DREAM POV:

I ran down the hill to my car and went to the trunk grabbing my keyboard nervous for what I was about to do.

I went back up the hill trying to conserve my energy

As I reached the top I saw George there playing with the daisies
