Sanji was in pain. But as soon as he's eyes fluttered open, and they laid upon the beautiful young mermaid that laid on his chest, all that pain just faded away. As Camie worried over the blonde male she had landed on, Sanji could only look on in awe.

"Camie! Are you ok? ", suddenly there was a small starfish-like creature on deck. Reeling back off of the blonde chef Camie spun around to look at her companion, "Ah! Papag-san, I'm fine!"

The crew had only been looking on in shock this whole time. A mermaid was on their ship... A mermaid where have we seen one of those before... Their mind drift towards the old woman they met on their way to water seven who worked for the railway...

Nope they've never seen one before.

After a whole long explanation of why they (Camie, Papag and Hachi) were out at sea and many, many apologies to Sanji, they set off to the bounty hunters base to rescue Hachi.

The crew make swift work of dealing with Duval and the Flying Fish Riders, the crew finally arrive at the Saobody Archipelago.

"I'm only going to say this once, there are marines, Tenryūbito, bounty hunters and slave traders crawling all over this place, so if we wanna get through here without any trouble, do exactly as I say." The crew looked at the young woman perplexed but they all agreed to what she said and silently followed her.

[name] and Hatchan easily navigate through the groves and lead the crew to Grove 13 where Shakky's bar resides. Climbing up the stairs she leads them through the front door and calls out, "Shakky-san, Ray-san are you here?"

Shakuyaku walks out from behind the bar and greets the crew of pirates, "[name]-chan it's good to see you!", the older woman exclaimed softly as she walked around the bar and pulled the young woman into her embrace. [name] sinks into the hold and wraps her hands around Shakky, "It's good to see you too."

"Do you know her [name]?" Luffy questions as he gazes curiously at the duo. [name] tilts her head to look at him, noting the curious glances of the others in the room.

"Oh yeah, Shakky-san practically raised me."

no i haven't forgotten about this fic
life has been living and i just don't have the time or the motivation right now

i do want to continue writing and hopefully finish this fic but it's gonna take a while
so what im saying is i'm gonna try to update more, it might just take me a few weeks or a few months
(i'm currently in university and it's really tough sometimes with labs and assignments and stuff)

so i hope you all can continue to be patient with me that you can continue enjoying the story, cuz there is a story i wanna tell

also if the writing has changed, i've been writing mostly academic essays and lab reports so my creative side of my writing has suffered a bit

sorry about the mini rant and the short chapter (it's mostly just filler)
