"Luna?" Theo and Oliver peeked their heads into her room where she was sprawled out looking at the ceiling.

"yeah?" she hiccups as she looks over to them, tears stream down her face that blur her vision.

"can we come in?"

"n-no, covid remember?" she weakly mumbles as she turns over and huddles further into her covers.

even her own bed felt foreign as she laid there silently crying. the whole trip home from Brighton was nothing but pure agony and misery as she tried her best to fake a smile for her friends on the flight.

however, as soon as she got home yesterday, the water works turned on and she hasn't moved from her bed. well she has but that's to do promotion for the album and to go to the bathroom.

"we get you're supposed to be quarantining and everything but you need us right now," Oliver calls out before he steps into her room.

she deeply sighs before she turns around and sits up. whatever makeup from yesterday survived her sobbing was smeared all over her face and her eyes read pure sadness.

Theo and Oliver had expected her to be happy to be home but the moment she stepped off the plane it was completely different. it's almost like she wanted to go back into the plane and fly back to George.

it takes Theo a couple of seconds to understand but once he does he takes a seat on her bed.

"you miss him don't you?"

Luna looks up from her blankets and nods her head slowly as she meets his gaze.

"a lot."

"oh my god—how? when—wait," it finally hits Oliver why she's so upset and he takes a seat on the other side of her.

"i don't know, it just happened," Luna frowns as she clutches the pillow in her arms closer.

"have you told him?"

Luna stays quiet as Oliver and Theo look at each other.

"he—everything was just different over there okay? i couldn't—i don't know why i couldn't either! i just—AH!" she screams into her hands as she sobs into her hands.

"i hate that i realized so late because i would've said something so much earlier."

"Luna, what happened?"

"i fell in love with him and i didn't even tell him."

"are you fucking kidding me?" Luna sighs into her hands as she lays her head down on the dinner table.

"what's wrong?" Oliver and Theo look at her as she shakes her head and covers her face.

"the airline that lost my baggage, OFFICIALLY lost it! it had all of my sd cards with all of my vlog footage and—oh my god my necklace!" she touches her neck immediately cowers into her seat.
