Update...

So today, and yesterday, I received some messages on my board and PM asking me to update and that they hope I'm doing well. I must admit, that I've hit some writer's block on everything I have published. Why? I don't really know. It happens from time to time, and usually in that time I have this habit of starting something new in my drafts, that usually don't get published and/or deleted. Currently I'm just working on this one story that is literally just me being bored and wanting to do something to stay busy to see where it even goes. Do I expect it to be good? Not in the slightest, but I do this though because sometimes as I'm working on one thing, I get inspired to write another chapter for something that's already published. 

Another reason is that I haven't really worked on much outside of my "because I was bored piece" because my husband got me to finally download TikTok a couple days ago. I swore up and down that I wasn't going to, because I don't dance or cosplay. However, I was on IFunny and our favorite parts were always the funny videos and such which come from TikTok, and I love watching the cosplay and body paint transformations so I said screw it and downloaded it finally. I have this habit of not getting into the popular things until well after they're a thing for some reason.  

Will I ever make a video? Not my thing. A friend of mine said I should make TikToks for the books I have here on wattpad, and I looked at him like he was insane and lost his mind, cause that was an insane suggestion. What would I even do? I don't dress up, and I can barely apply eyeliner without stabbing my eyes out so makeup isn't an option. So video making isn't my thing, I'll just stick with writing. 

Another reason I haven't worked much on what I have published is because I was scrolling through my stories, and there are literally only 4 stories that have covers that I'm actually in love with, and 2 that I like, and I've just been down about that for some reason. 

The covers I love: Rock Me, Curse Breaker, Cursed Eyes, and His Good Girl.

Covers I like but not love: Changes and Destined.

I have looked at all my other stories, and then I see some really good covers on other stories and I feel like my covers are lacking, or don't fully fit what I have envisioned for that story but I have no talent at making covers. I will admit, for Changes and Destined, I made those covers with a photoshop like app on my phone, but they're okay I guess. If I had something better, then I'd change them.

Here are the covers I actually hate and wished I had the talent to make something that is amazing and worthy of that story: All three covers of the Fuck Series, Attraction of The Opposite, Acceptance, The Destruction, and Mist Born. 

These are great stories, but I feel that the covers don't match that. Does that make sense or am I just over thinking it? I feel if the books had better covers, more people would be curious and read them. That whole, don't judge a book by it's cover, isn't 100% percent accurate when it comes to actual books because it's always the covers that catch my eye first and if the cover isn't cool then most times I'm not gonna bother looking at the description. Of course the cover could be cool and the book be lame, but I first picked it up because I thought the cover looked interesting. I do the same thing here on Wattpad. If I like the cover I'm gonna see what it's about, if I don't like the cover I tend to scroll past. I know that I do it, and that's why I feel like others do it too. As you guys know I look at every notification and on the App, on the story that's been voted, commented, and added to reading list it shows what the cover looks like when you guys do one of those three things. It's rare I see those covers or titles pop up in my notifications anymore, and I feel it's partly because their covers aren't all that eye catching. I know the Fuck Series has a lot of reads and what not, but even activity on those three books have dropped when they had been a constant thing in my notifications, even after they were once completed. Part of the reason for those three books is because they're old and I understand that, I just still don't like their covers. 

I can't afford to pay anyone to make covers for me, which is why I usually go on to pinterest, find what I can, then hope for the best, and half the time I tend to settle. If any of you talented, amazing people want to send me something you guys think would be awesome for any of my books, then email them to me, and I will give you credit I promise.
