Sierras POV:

Not so long ago I had gotten a new phone and there was no surprise when the only people I had saved as my contact was Ace and..... well pretty much just Ace.

I hear my phone vibrate and check it to see it fall under Bonnies contact.

Oh wait no I forgot Bonnie was on here as well.

Apparently Ace is scared that she'll get lost or something else can happen to her so he makes her keep the phone with her everywhere as well as the bell necklace.

I find the bell necklace pretty smart so you can track your kid down.

I should start using that with Sebastian.

I shake that thought out of my head knowing what's to come during the ball and open up Bonnies message.

It was just a picture of Ace in a tutu while making breakfast.

I hit send and throw my phone aside since I was doing some house cleaning.

It wasn't long for another distraction to come by with the knock at my door.

I wanted to ignore it and turn up the music in my headphones until I heard Hayden's voice calling out.

I take off my headphones thinking that I was going crazy for not hearing from Hayden for a while.

It was just the usual silence there's been before Hayden moved in.

Ive been seeing less and less of him everyday.

Just as I was about to brush it off I hear Hayden's voice again.

"I know you're in there!" Hayden calls out followed by the impatient knocks.

I roll my eyes and turn to open up the door.

"Sierra" Hayden says almost out of breath.

I sigh just as I was about to open up the door and as soon as I did I see Hayden smile up at me.

"You have .5 seconds to explain why you've been ignoring me" I say looking down at my watch.

"Oh so you're-"

"Okay listen I have a good-"

"Sierra this isn't-"

"Sierra-"

"5. You're out of luck lover boy." I say just staring at my watch. "Sorry but if you don't mind I have to get back to cleaning" right before I could even close the door Hayden had stuck his hand to which I almost close the door on.

"I had a few family emergencies as well as business meetings that suddenly popped up. I didn't mean to ignore you but time just went by" Hayden says and I look up at him.

It's not like you're his girlfriend. The little voice in my head says.

"I can make it up to you by inviting you to dinner" He then brings up.

"Hayden-"

"I'll pay" He says with a dorky smile.

I was going to say no but with that dorky bright smile he had I couldn't refuse it. Plus it's free food and I am running quite low on my budget.
