Back to School

    I got up and groaned. I have to go back to school now... I got up, threw on some clothes, and grabbed my backpack. I heard Shawn come in. "Be right down." "Alright, love. We have to leave in about ten minutes though." "Mkay." I grabbed my phone and looked in the mirror. Maybe I should brush my hair... I giggled and brushed through it quickly, then walked downstairs to Shawn. He grabbed my hand and then we began our journey to school, stopping to pick Billy up on the way. We walked to first period. I showed Billy my schedule. "We have the same schedule. I can show you to each class." "Thanks." I smiled. Shawn and I had about three classes together. 1st, 2nd, and 6th. We got through first period without anyone saying a word to us. We began walking to 2nd when a girl shoved me against the locker. I wasn't surprised, and most definitely was not going to show any emotion. "So you're the bitch that broke my boyfriends nose. He can't punch you, but I can." She went to punch me, when I pushed her off of me and walked away. Billy and Shawn followed silently, not really knowing what to say. We got to 2nd and I looked around. Shawn whispered "I saved you a seat next to me." "Thanks." We went and sat down. 2nd period was a very quiet class, and the teacher, Mrs. Leopard, basically gave us work to do without explaining. I finished early and just put my head down, lost in thought. The bell rang and Shawn, Billy and I all left the classroom, heading to a corner of the campus. We spent all of break just talking about random stuff, Billy mostly talking about anime and video games. The bell rang and Shawn kissed me, then headed to 3rd. I followed Billy, and when we got there, he pointed to my seat. It just happened to be next to the girl that tried to punch me earlier. Well this is going to be fun. (So much sarcasm XD) I somehow made it through 3rd and followed Billy to 4th. "So, how was not having to go to school?" "Good, I guess." We walked in and I sat down next to Billy. We talked about the human body and how it functions. (Ugh, health.) When the bell rang, we walked to lunch. I searched around for Shawn, and when I didn't see him, I automatically texted him. Where are you? I waited a minute. I'm kinda stuck... Hurry. By your locker.. I turned to Billy. "Grab me a lunch. I'll be back." I handed him the money to buy my lunch and jogged to my locker. I saw Shawn cornered by the girl's friends. I walked up behind them, reached through, grabbed Shawn's wrist, and pulled him to the cafeteria. I tuned out all of their taunts and sat down next to Billy, grabbing my tray from him. "Where'd you go, anyways?" "She had to come get me away from a group of girls..." Billy nodded, his face never even hinting at his emotions. "Whale tham." I began to eat, and handed Shawn an apple. "Please eat it. For me?" He nodded and took the apple, eating it. When the bell rang, I headed to 5th with Billy. (Fifth was as uneventful as the rest of the day. They sat and learned.) I headed to p.e. and went to the locker rooms, changing without caring who saw all of my scars. "Look at that. Emo bitch cuts herself. Surprise, surprise." I heard snickers throughout the room. I just ignored them and walked out of the locker room to class. I spotted Shawn and walked over to him, smiling. "What are we doing today?" "Capture the flag, boys against girls." I smirked. "Game on." He smiled. "Indeds." I went to my side of the game. I smirked and when she said go, I won almost every time for my team. Billy didn't really participate and Shawn was glancing at me every now and again, attempting to win. When we were finally allowed to change, I went and changed quickly. When the bell rang, Billy, Shawn and I began walking home. We were stopped about 10 feet from campus by a big group of people, all of them friends with the guy I puched, I'm sure. They looked at Shawn. "Always gotta have your girlfriend to defend you, huh?" "What a petty, petty boy." "Or maybe we should call you a girl?" They all snickered. They looked at Billy. "And you. You look like a girl. Poor emo fag. I bet you have mommy troubles." I turned and punched the guy in the stomach. He doubled over and then all of the guys started coming at me. Billy, Shawn and I fought them off and then the principle came out and took us to the office. We all got seated in his office. "I'm suspending all of you." "No. We weren't on campus. You ate not allowed to suspend us for that." And with that, I got up and left. Shawn and Billy looked at eachother, shrugged, and followed me. "Hey, you guys wanna stay at my house tonight? I get lonely in that big house by myself." "I'll text my mom and tell her." Shawn just smiled and we walked to my house. We spent the rest of the night there, Billy sleeping in the guest room and Shawn and I sleeping in my room.
