I woke up and the sun shined onto my pillow, through the blinds. I was facing towards Daniel, his arm was lazily draped over my waist, and his other rested in my hair. Our legs were tangled and I lied by his neck. He looked so peaceful in his sleep, and he let out some light snores. I giggled lightly and gave his forehead a soft peck. I can't believe that I met this man at a club, at midnight, and I actually really like him. I tried to slowly wiggle out of his grasp, not trying to wake him up. When he didn't budge, an idea pooped into my mind. I had a mischievous smirk on my face, and blew on his neck softly. He started to shift, but not enough. I leaned in to plant small, soft kisses by his shoulder blade, moving upwards. I moved around, until I heard a light groan vibrate his chest, and I knew I found his spot, which was by his ear. I continued there, sucking gently, and nibbling. He kept on letting out soft groan, preparing to move. I blew on his neck, cooling the spots where my lips just were. "Oh, Isabel", he moaned, "Love". He thought he was dreaming, causing me to giggle. I felt him poking into my thigh and his head tilted back, before flipping his side. Mission accomplished, and honestly, that was quite fun.
I got out of his bed, not even bothering to check how I looked. I decided I wanted to make us breakfast today. I walked into the kitchen, Truffle trotting behind me. I decided on Belgium waffles! I took out flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, vanilla, milk, two eggs, and butter. I measured out each ingredient, and threw it into the mixing bowl. I searched his cupboards for a waffle iron. The last one I opened was a bingo. I plugged it in and let it heat as I pulled out some orange and grapefruit juice. I took out two glasses and poured half and half. The orange and pink juice stayed separate giving it a fancy flair. I found chocolate chips and blueberries and poured them into a bowl. I poured four plains, two chocolates, and two blueberries into the iron, finishing the batter. I stacked them onto a plate, along with a bowl of mixed berries, and the whipped cream from two nights ago. I set two plates, napkins, forks and knives, then started washing the dishes I had used. I popped them into the dishwasher and cleaned the iron. I set my hands on the table, sighed and smiled at my meal. It looks good and pretty impressive, if I do say so myself.
I walked back to Daniels room to find him sprawled across the bed, looking peaceful and adorable. I leaned over him and tapped him to wake up. Nothing. I shook him lightly and called his name softly. Then all he did in response was grunt. I leaned down and kissed his lips. Instantly he responded, and sat up, pulling me into him. "I could get used to waking up like this" he smiled, spreading one across my face as well.
"I made you breakfast," I said excitedly. He kissed me fast, before saying, "Let's eat love". He lifted me up, bridal style, and I noticed his neck. From the neckline of his casual shirt, up to the back of his ear, was lined with light purple bruising caused by my lips. I gasped and covered my mouth, slightly laughing. "What?" Daniel said, eyeing me.
"Nothing" I smiled. He put me down and I introduced to food I made.
"We have plain, chocolate, and blueberry waffles, accompanied by grapefruit and orange juice."
"Love, this looks fantastic" he complimented, wrapping his arms around my waist, and pecking my cheek. We sat down, having causal conversation as we ate our food. We both finished, and I took his dish to go wash it. "Love, I've got the dishes today" he winked. I simply blushed in response, as he walked over to take them from my hand.
While he took care of the dishes, I sat on the floor crisscross, playing with my buddy Truffle. He lied on my lap, nuzzling my leg. I got up, as Daniel finished off the last two plates. I walked over and sat on the counter top, swinging my legs. He wiped his hands on the towel and walked over, placing his hands on either side of me. He leaned in, cupped my cheek, and pressed his lips into mine. He pulled away and said, "Thank you for breakfast, Love"
"My pleasure" I smiled, and then kissed him again. His kisses were addicting, and so was he. I got up, taking his hand. "Can I borrow a toothbrush?" I asked shyly.
"Of course" he laughed. He led the way to his bathroom and opened his bottom drawer. He pulled out an extra one from a pack, and handed me his toothpaste. He looked into the mirror, and reached for his neck, eyes widening. His cheeks flared pink, "I guess that wasn't a dream..."
