~Chapter One~

Y/N's POV

I'm currently sitting in my room, getting ready to do a Q&A video with the fans. I would love to meet them but with all the coronavirus and stuff happening it cut my plans for 2020. I grab my phone, log onto Twitter and Instagram to give my fans a #askYoungTez to ask a question, and it's easier for me to answer them. I waited a little longer cause they ask like fifty questions per fan but I'm going to randomly pick or choose the ones that catch my eye.

While I'm waiting I might as well introduce myself, I'm Y/n Josiah Cortez L/N aka Young Tez, which is my stage name. Um...I'm 23 years old about to be 24 on April 29th, so you know a youngin' going to be lit as hell in the club. Also, I'm a rapper/singer with YouTube and TikTok on the side. I'm born and raised in Dallas to Jamie Y/LN and Sofia Cortez, I have two annoying ass older sisters Xenia and Myriah, and yes there twins so they're double annoying. What else is there to know about me...oh yeah I have a son and his name is Julian Mateo L/N, the fun fact is that he's named after both of his grandfathers. I wouldn't trade him for the world and is the reason I wake up and be the best in the rap industry.

As I still waited for the commenting to stop so I could make the Q&A video, there was a loud knock on my house door. I quickly ran to see who was knocking at my door and I wasn't surprised to see her standing in the doorway but that surprise was turned into a happy one when I see my reason for living in her arms, playing with her necklace, I reached for him and he noticed that I was trying to get him and nearly jumped out of her arms.

She was gonna speak but I cut off with my hand, "what brings you to my house on your day with our son, Arielle" I said annoyed that she was here, "I'm running late for work and have no one to watch him, so I bought him to you." She said annoyed that I cut her off and I wasn't about to argue when our child is right here.

I'm certainly happy I get to see him but also get fewer days this time and that sucks cause we worked out a system for me and her to spend time with our son. Arielle and I dated since my junior year of high school and I was going to marry her when we both got to be 30. When I got big in the industry she said she would support me but when she ended up pregnant with our son. All the love and support went down the drain but, I'm not one to hold a grudge for something as petty as a break-up. I just want my son to grow up with both parents but, sometimes I...my thought was cut off by tiny hands on my face.

"Hey, Teo! We're going to have so much fun today," I said as he giggled and babbled incoherent words to me. Arielle sits the diaper bag on the coffee table, turns around and I could have sworn she smile at the interaction of the two of us but I shrugged it off.

"So, Teo already ate his cereal and should be good till 3:00." she finally says walking past me towards the door "Okay, um...see you tomorrow I guess," I said while she was walking out of the door and into her car. Teo and I headed upstairs to my room, I sat Teo in his playpen that's in my room so I can watch him while I'm working in my room. Speaking of the video, I grab my phone to read the comments and also turn the camera on.

"Hey guys, welcome back to the channel and if your new feel free to subscribe and join the fun," I started to say "Also, I wanted to say thanks for the love on my new song 'Ride' ft Kehlani ⬆️song above⬆️ and just the amount of views is an understatement. So, thank you from me." I finish saying the intro. I opened my Twitter app and see that my hashtag is number one trending and it's crazy cause I post that at 9 in the morning and it's 11 now.

"Okay, the first question is from @daddyY/n123 said 'if you weren't a rapper or Youtuber, what would you be doing?' "Um that's a good question cause in high school I played football and basketball" I start by saying "I'll probably be a Basketball player cause I was really good but I'll just stick with rapping," I said with sly shrugged
