Mortals meet Demigods (Mist and No Mist)

      A/N: So this was requested to me over a month ago and I forgot about until recently. Sorry about that geekybeaky. This will contain spoilers for Magnus Chase.

      Hi, my name is Lavinia Avarian. I have wavy ink-black hair and rainbow eyes. Yes, they are actually rainbow and they are not contacts. I live with my mom and am a normal teenager, or so I thought. This is the story about how I discovered I was a daughter of Frey. 

      It was a normal morning, I woke up got ready for school, said goodbye to my mom, and got on the bus. Once the bus got to school and I got off, I met up with my friend Alex Fierro and we went to school together. 

      Our lockers were right next to each other so we went there together but split ways for first period. We only have the fifth, sixth, and eighth periods together. The fifth period is lunch so at least we have lunch together. 

     Alex is my only friend so those other periods of the day are boring and lonely.  It always feels like school is never going to end. I make it through the first few periods of the day and meet Alex at our lockers. We walk to lunch together and sit and eat.

      We eat mostly in silence which is fine by me. Then some kids come up and start taunting Alex for her green hair. "Hey!" I yell, "Leave her alone!"

       "Why should we?"

       "There's nothing wrong with having green, she wanted green hair, so she died her hair green."

       "It's ugly though."

       That's it. I stand up, walk over to the kids, and punch the leader in the face. He and the kids run away. "Thanks," Alex says, "But I could have stood up for myself."

       "I know but I hate that guy and really wanted to punch him in the face."

       After school, I ask Alex if she wants to come over and she agrees. We take the bus back to my house. Alex asks my mom if she knows who my dad is. I don't know why she asked that. 

Alex's PoV

       I ask Lavinia's mom if she knows who her dad is because I suspect that Lavinia is a demigod. She whispers to me so that Lavinia can't hear, "Frey." "Okay," I whisper back. I turn to Lavinia, "I have to go make a call to let my parents know where I am," I tell her. She nods.

       I run upstairs to the guest bedroom. I pull out my phone (Pretend they have phones) and call Magnus.

     (Magnus is bold and Alex is italicized)

     Hey, Alex what's up?

    Hey Maggie, Lavinia is your sister

     Who's Lavinia?

     My friend from school

     Okay, so she's a daughter of Frey?

      Yep

      What are we going to do? She can't come to Valhalla until she dies

      I could kill her?

      No! We're not killing anyone

     We could always explain what she is

     Okay, I'll be over soon to help, send me the address

      We hang up the call and I text Magnus the address. 10 minutes later there's a knock at the door. Lavinia gets the door, "Who are you?" She asks. I walk over.

     "Hey Magnus," I say and kiss him. I hear Lavinia gasp.

     "You have a boyfriend?!" She shouts. I nod. Magnus comes in and we sit down.

     "This is going to be really weird, but I'm your brother," Magnus says.

     "How? It's been my mom and I since I was born and we're about the same age."

     "We have the same dad but different moms."

     "Then who's our dad?"

      "The Norse god Frey."

Lavinia's PoV

      "What?!" I yell "My dad's a god?!"

       "Yep," says Alex and Magnus at the same time.

        "Sadly you won't be able to come with us since you're not dead yet," Alex says.

        "You're dead?" I ask. They both nod. Suddenly Magnus's phone buzzes. "We have to go," he says. 

       "Are you coming back to school tomorrow?" I ask Alex. He shakes his head and leaves with Magnus.

       That is how I met Fierrochase and found out who my dad was in one day.

A/N: I have a couple of things to address:

1. I tried something a bit new, I hope you like it.

2. Thank you for over 1k reads! I never expected to get there because I suck at writing.

3. I'm sorry for my inconsistent posting schedule,  I'm going to be working on that.

4. I'm sorry if the ending seems rushed, I kind of lost motivation.
