"Karaoke?"

I question as I get out of the cab. "I can't sing for shit, you guys know that right?" I look around at them.

We were all there, Ash, Cal, Luke, Josh, Dylan, Leighton, Dee and myself. That had become our little group these past couple of weeks. Speaking of, after two weeks, I finally met Michael, and got to go to his man-cave. I kept my composure but it was freaking awesome! My friends and sister back home will be so jealous when they find out.

"Don't be silly, I bet you're awesome" Ash smiled placing his arm over my shoulder.

"Fine, I'll just sing with you and your voice can drown me out"

"Ouch" Luke hissed then chuckled

"Hey, I meant it in a good way" I wrapped my arm around Ashton's waist leaning into him slightly "I promise Chicken. Your voice is amazing"

"HA!" He pokes his tongue out at Luke and grins.

"Now Ashtonio, you owe me three nights of drinking, shall we get started?"

"Are you sure you can keep up?"

"Is that a challenge?" I smile mischievously. I can see Dee waving her hands and shaking her head at him, but he ignores her.

"Yes. Yes, it is!"

Dee dropped her arms in defeat, letting out a loud sigh, "oh no!"

Three hours later and we're all laughing and talking loudly, having a good time. The people's song choices weren't actually that bad, and we ended up singing along with most of them anyway.

Ashton was being the perfect gentleman making sure I always had a drink in my hand, even though he's spilled a few just trying to get back from the bar to the table, Luke laughing hard every time I said 'Thank you Linus' as Ash replaced my empty glass with a full one, understanding the reference all too well.

We high-fived a lot, it actually made my hand hurt.

I smile contently watching them all, I wasn't as drunk as they assumed, with my Malibu & coke and Sambuca shots. I've built up a very high tolerance to them after the mess that was my 20th birthday, so I was only a little tipsy. Doesn't mean I won't take this advantage to cuddle the guys some more. I only had two weeks of my holiday to go and it was going to be awful having to leave them.

I shake off the sad feeling, and look around for Luke, he's sitting on a sofa against the wall near our table, talking to Calum. I feel a little flutter in my stomach, screaming Cake internally. I can't help it, it still gets to me that I'm practically friends with 5 Seconds of Summer.

I get up and run my hands through Ash's hair as I walk past him, he smiles sweetly looking up at me asking if I wanted another drink, I shook my head and told him to chill for a bit and made my way over to Michael.

"Hey Mikey, I can call you Mikey right? Michael is so... Not right for some reason. I've always called you Mikey anyway" I sit down next to him on the bench at the table.

"You can call me whatever you want, babe" he smiles putting an arm over my shoulder

I can't help but laugh, "alright, easy there tiger" I lift him slightly as he leans on me more "how much have you had, you're not a lightweight are you?"

He pouts at me sitting up, "you're a meany"

"What did I do?"

"You beat me at Mortal Kombat. IN MY OWN MAN-CAVE!"

I can't help but laugh, not at him but at the memory, "I did ask you if you wanted me to ease up on you, you said no, now stop being a bell-end and let me tell you something"

He laughs, his face all squished, "god, you do sound really English, don't you?" He says almost as if he's confirming a rumour he'd heard, but the only person to ever mention anything about how I speak is Luke. Has Luke been talking about me to Michael? I spare a quick glance towards Luke, Calum had gone and he was now looking at something on his phone.

I turn back to Mikey, "anyway... I just wanted to say my sister properly loves you" he laughed "I'm serious, I never really understood it myself but I have to tell you because she'll know I met you guys once I get home and she sees all the pictures, and this way she won't be mad at me"

"Hold up, you haven't told your sister that you met us? And what do you mean you don't get it?" He seemed surprised

"No. I haven't told anyone anything, I barely go on Twitter and when we hang out it's either at one of our houses or somewhere with not a lot of people" I take a breath, "I kinda like having you guys to myself, that's weird I know, but I've liked your music for years and the fact that this..." I motion around the table, "is happening just blows my mind a little bit. Oh and no offence, you're just not really my type, I always thought that you and I would make great friends though" I grin

"I like you" he smiles pulling me close with the arm he still had around my shoulder "we can keep you"

"Oh thanks, I'm glad I have your much needed approval" I say sarcastically. "So Mikey, as we're cool now, can you do me a favour?" I ask innocently

"I'm not singing"

I laugh, "you're funny, no, I wanted to ask if you could follow my sister on Twitter, her name's Mary and she's been trying for ages and this can be like my holiday present to her. Saves me having to actually buy anything and lug it back home"

He tilts his head at me as if trying to decide what to do, "you know what?" He says after a few seconds, "I will because you're cool and I like that"

"I'm funny too"

"NO! No jokes." He says quickly pulling out his phone.

I knew it for certain now, Luke has definitely been talking about me... I kind of like it. I smile at the thought. But seriously though, I'm fucking funny!

"What's her tag?" Mikey asks with the screen close to his face. Either he's blind or definitely a lightweight, maybe verging on middleweight. We have been drinking non stop.

I take the final sip of my drink, setting the empty glass on the table. I'm about to tell him Mary's tag when I feel a hand tap my shoulder, I look up to see Ash holding another drink for me, sending me a wink, I smile and take it from him,

"Thank you Linus"
