Brandon's POV
"Where are you going?" My mom asked. She has been trying to connect with me but she still avoids why they left me alone all these years.
She will talk about everything but that.
If it wasn't for Moon looking after me. I would've been all alone, God only knows if i would still be in prison or with a bigger sentence for getting in trouble or even dead from one of the beatings i got.
Like they would care anyways. They forgot about me and completely erased me from their history. I have no family but i have already known that for years.
"Out" i was almost out the door when mom grabbed my hand. I take my hand back "Brandon honey i have seen you." She whispers in a panic.
"What?"
She takes a deep breath "i now you and Jake don't get along, which makes me very sad because you guys used to be so close. I understand that was years ago and people change. I have seen you spending time with CC when Jake is not around."
"I know you're going to her place now. Just please know that, that's your brothers girlfriend and he loves her very much."
I would feel guilty but i don't, just annoyed that she's on my business. I will be the first to admit that im a selfish bastard.
I only care about my little flower, Moon, Ashlyn and myself and everyone else can go fuck themselves.
"well your precious son keeps forgetting that CC needs to go to work and she doesn't know how to drive so I'm the one that does." She nods sighing.
She believes me.
It's not a lie but it's not the whole truth.
"Instead of spying on me. Why don't you figure it out where your dear son keeps going every day leaving her alone. I can tell you one thing, he's not giving food to the homeless."
With that i walk out.
I don't know where he goes but i have a pretty good guess. He's going with another girl, I mean he does it in front of her face why not behind her back.
I was at CC's door but my phone rang.
Ashlyn
I am mediately answer.
"Hey"
"Hello Brandon!!" She is always so up beat.
"How are you Ashlyn?"
"Ohhhhh i have amazing news for you. Tom got a better carpentry job and guess where..."
"Wait are you serious? You guys are moving to cali?" Well if it's good news. It has to be here right?
"Yesssssss and now you can be closer to your little god daughter"
"That's amazing Ashlyn i ca" there was crying on the other line.
"Oh that's her now so i got to go LOVE YOU!!!" She yells.
"Love you too"
She hangs up. When i turn around to see little Flower.
