I'm NOT a GIRL (BoyxBoy) (RE-CONTINUED)

First Mission

I was up and making breakfast. I didn't care about what Neji thought. I made eggs, waffles, and bacon. I was super excited because I had gotten a letter from the Hokage about a mission. My first real mission! Of course, Neji had to go with me. But I didn't care.

I finished cooking when Neji walked it.

"What are you doing?" Neji mumbled sleepily. He was really cute. Wait what...

"Cooking breakfast." I fixed him a plate along with a glass of orange juice. "I do not care if you hate it. We have a mission and we both need our strength." 

I got me a plate and ate, not caring about the rule at the moment. Once I was done, I washed my plate and ran to the bathroom.. this time with my clothes.

I took a fast hot shower before getting out and drying off. I wrapped my bandage body suit on then I slipped on white shorts, a dark blue vest, my pouches, and then my ninja gloves. I walked out and went to my room. I slipped on my flat, leather boots and tied them up.

By the time I had my hair dried and into its high ponytail, Neji was awake and ready to leave.

We both headed out the door, I locked it, and went to the Hokage building.

I popped a green apple lollipop into my mouth as I walked slightly in front of Neji. I was super excited.

Once we got to the Hokage's door, I knocked and waited for him to tell us to come in. When he did, I entered first followed by Neji.

I bowed. "Hello, Lord Third. You summoned us?" I looked at him as Neji bowed.

"Yes, I have a mission for you two. It is a c-rank mission, could be a b-rank mission. So you must be careful." The old man started. "Now you have to get a sacred scroll. Here are the details and where it is at. No matter what, get that scroll. Understand?" 

"Hai." We both replied before he dismissed us. I had a bag with the stuff we would need, so Neji didn't have to carry anything.

We went to the gate, where I waved to Kotetsu and Izumo. We went down the road, heading out of the village. This is my first time leaving the Leaf.

It was night time, Neji was asleep and I was keeping guard. Throughout the night, I listened to Neji"s snoring. I didn't wake him up when he had told me to. I didn't want to. Why should he keep guard when I don't sleep?

Once I saw the sun rising, I packed up everything except his sleeping bag. I slightly shook him. He didn't wake up.

I sighed and took out a kunai and went to stab him, but he stopped me when I was an inch away.

"What are you doing?" His lavender white eyes glaring at me. 

I pulled my wrist out of his grip and put my kunai away. "Trying to wake you, Neji. It is dawn."

"What?" He sat up. "You were suppose to wake me up 5 hours ago. Why didn't you?" He seemed angry.

"Because I don't sleep." I stated as I packed up his sleeping bag and handed him an apple.

"You don't sleep?" Neji took the apple.

"Never have. Lets go." I stated and he nodded slowly. We slowly walked through the forest, heading to the cave that was where the enemy was.

Neji hid in a bush while I hid in a tree. We waited until we saw a man walking out of the cave. He had cold grey eyes and wore a simple ninja outfit. He was carrying the scroll we needed.

Neji gave the signal and we rushed out of our hiding spot. We didn't get close to the main enemy when more people surrounded us. There were at least 10 men, 11 counting the man with the scroll.

I looked at Neji who nodded. He started fighting 5 of the men and I looked at the other 5. They were sort of staring with blushing red faces. I widened my eyes to look like an innocent girl. It didn't work when their boss, the guy with the scroll, shouted at them to kill me.

The men quickly rushed me. My hands began glowing red and I yelled. "Lightning rain jutsu!" The sky became darker before raining drops of lightning onto all of the 10 men. I looked at Neji to see the drops avoiding him without him doing anything. 

I dropped the jutsu so it didn't eat up my chakra. I began to think of another jutsu before kunai got lodged into my side, it was by an enemy. 

I gasped as blood splattered out of my mouth. "Shizuka!" I heard Neji shout before a searing pain ran up my spine. My mind blacked out, but I was still moving. 

~~Neji's POV~~

"Shizuka!" I killed the 4 guy before facing the rest of the 6 men. I looked at Shizuka as the guy (the one who stabbed him) had his head decapitated from his body. His head was being held by Shizuka.

I noticed that Shizuka had changed. His red eyes were now a bright violet color. His hair was still white but more like my eyes, they had a purple shine to them.

What really was different were his wings. He had huge wings with violet feathers with a golden shine to them. He threw the head of the guy to the side before facing the rest five. The main guy with the scroll was off to the side, staring at Shizuka.

I noticed that Shizuka's hand were glowing purple. In a flash, the five men were dead. Shizuka had blood covering his bandaged arms. 

I couldn't move. I looked down without moving my head and saw the shadow possession jutsu, confirming  why I couldn't move.

"Shizuka?" I looked at him, confused and shocked.

The little pale boy spread his wings, that was when I noticed his purple feathers had gold pieces stuck to them causing the golden shine on them. His wings were huge, probably about 4 feet each way if they were spread out all the way. 

"Give me the scroll." His voice made fear fill my soul. It was dark and smooth. I could almost hear the smirk that played on his face. 

The boss man that had the scroll was shaking terribly. He quickly threw the scroll at Shizuka and I watched at the scroll stopped an inch from Shizuka's face. I noticed, instantly, that it was a decoy with paper bombs on it.

As if on cue, the fake scroll blew up. Out of the smoke, Shizuka flew up and he flew up fast.

His purple wings were spread out about 5 feet fully and he floated in mid air, staring at the man with his dark violet eyes.

"SHIZUKA!" I screamed, his violet eyes landed on me. I don't know why, I have no idea why, but his eyes scared me. I didn't show it, but it scared the hell out of me.

The man and I watched as Shizuka landed on the ground and folded his wings up. Then, he walked to the man. That little 5'2 boy, walked to the man. He stopped three feet in front of the man and held out his blood covered bandaged arm. I could move now. I grabbed a kunai and walked to where I could see both of them. 

Shizuka's violet eyes faded back to his bright red ones. "Give me the scroll or I will have you join your comrades in hell." His voice was still dark.

The man handed him the real scroll. "You are a strange one. I hope y-.." The man stopped, blood splattered out of his mouth and landed on Shizuka's face.

 He fell back, dead. 

"Shizuka?" I looked at the pale boy and saw his wings disappear into his back. Once they were fully gone, he fell.. Blacked out. I caught him and sighed. 

The Hokage has me living with a pale kid who has some demon in him, probably. Great. Just great.
