UNEXPECTED (Christopher Vélez from CNCO fanfic)

Four.

*LUNA'S POV*

"Hey, again."

That voice sounds familiar. Wait- no. No. NO.

I slowly turned around and saw him with that killer smile of his.

Christopher.

I felt my heart beating faster again. Ugh what is this feeling?

"H-hi sir." I said shyly. I can't look at him directly in the eyes now that we're not on camera.

"Buenos días, puedo saber tu nombre?" he asked. I did understand what he said so I answered him.

(Buenos días, puedo saber tu nombre? = Good morning, may I know your name?)

"Soy Luna señor." I smiled at him and his face was shocked as he realized that he spoke spanish instead of english.

(Soy Luna señor = I'm Luna sir.)

"I didn't know you can speak spanish." he said smiling widely and I just nodded. "I'm Chris by the way." he offered his hand and I took it ofcourse and stared at his gorgeous eyes.

Then I blushed and looked away again. Aaah that's so embarassing.

"Would you like to join us for lunch?" he asked. Oh my god Chris is asking me out for lunch. WITH CNCO.

But I suddenly remembered I have plans with Hazel for lunch today.

"Oh, I would love to but I already have plans with my friend." I answered. He stopped for a moment then said, "You should bring her with us."

"Uhh." I muttered. Should I ask Hazel then?

"Come on please say yes." Chris whispered but enough for me to hear it. God he's just gorgeous. How can a man be this gorgeous?

"Okay, I'll call her. Just a sec." I said while dialing Hazel and went to the staffs room.

*ringing*

"Hey L! What's up?"

"H, I have news."

"What is it?"

"The band we watched last night, CNCO, rented our coffee shop for their music video!"

"WHAT? I'M SO JEALOUS!"

"Well one of them asked me to join them for lunch and I said I have plans with you so they said I could bring you with me."

"HELL YES LUNA!"

"Calm down now, H. Hahaha. I'll see you at lunch then. Bye."

"AHH-"

She's so loud I had to cut the line. I peeked out at the door and saw Chris still waiting outside.

How am I this lucky?  I can feel my cheeks burning from excitement!

I walked towards him, he smiled widely again. "She said yes so I guess we'll join you." I said and saw his face lit up like a literal sunshine.

"Great! We'll see you then. Can I have your number?" he asked. I grabbed his phone and typed my phone number in. He waved goodbye and got back to his friends who are teasing him with smiling faces.

*Sigh* Such a fun group, i said to myself.

We helped the staff with the cleaning then Ganlbby told me that I can have the rest of the day off 'cause he's in a good mood.

I went back home and checked the time. It's already 10:00 am.

"Lunaaaaaaaa! I'm home!" I heard Hazel. "I'm gonna get ready!" she yelled again.

" 'Kay!" I answered. I felt my phone buzzed. It's a text message.

U.N. = Hey Luna, it's Chris from earlier.

Oh, it's Chris. I immediately saved his number on my phone.

Me = Hi Chris, we're just getting ready for later.

Chris 💕 = Us too, I'll pick you guys up at 11:30. The boys will be ahead at the restaurant.

Me = Noted, señor.

(Señor = Sir)

Chris 💕 = I'll see you then, hermosa. x

(Hermosa = Gorgeous)

I stared at our convo for 5 minutes, smiling like crazy.

I can't believe this is happening!

I rushed to my wardrobe and started scanning on what to wear for lunch today.

I saw this white tank top with buttons, denim shorts, and checkered longsleeve and immediately grabbed it and put it on.

I let my hair down from a ponytail, put some light make up on and went downstairs.

"Wow you look beautiful, L." Hazel said while fixing her hair. She looks gorgeous as well.

She's wearing this longsleeve shirt but she rolled it to a ¾, and denim jeans which really suits her well.

"And you look beautiful too, H." I smiled at her. "I can't believe this is happening! I can finally see that cute member, Joel. *giggles*" she said excitingly.

"It happened so fast Hazel, can't believe it as well." I said and looked at the time. It's almost 11:30 so we cleaned the rest of the house and heard a car outside.

*Knocks*

I opened and saw Chris smiling widely at me. Sssssstop.

"Hey you guys ready?" he asked. I nodded at him and signaled Hazel to come. "This is Hazel, my roommate." I said.

He offered his hand at Hazel, "Nice meeting you, Hazel. I'm Chris." he said and ofcourse, Hazel took his hand shyly.

We're starstrucked, I know.

"Shall we go chicas?" we nodded and went in the car.

(Chicas = Girls)
