I was hoping to avoid the thought of leaving Niall until that moment came. I didn't want to imagine how hard it would be to not be able to walk down the hallway to the only guy who has ever shown he truly cares about me. I was leaving him in two days.
We got to our room and found the boys waiting outside the door.
"How long have you two been sitting here?" I asked them.
They were both sitting in the hallway, their backs on the wall. One on each side of the door.
"A few minutes, not long." Harry smiled. He got up and hugged Jenn. How on earth we were going to leave each other?
Niall got up and hugged me. He put one hand around my upper back, touching my shoulder, and his other hand on my lower back. Pulling me in close to him. I felt like he realized we would be leaving each other soon too.
Jenn opens the door and all four of us sat in the main room. Our main room has two chairs, two couches, a table and a tv. Niall and I sat together on one couch, and Jenn and Harry were on the couch opposite us.
Niall wrapped his arm around me and Jenn flipped through the channels on the television. Jenn and Harry were sitting practically on top of each other. Jenn had no troubles finding boys that like her, but I could tell Harry was different for her. Her head was resting on his shoulder, his arm around her.
Niall and I were so much more casual with each other. He was sitting on the couch, my head was resting in his lap, laying down. My feet were up on the arm of the couch. He was playing with my hair, my hair wrapped around his fingers. I was still so exhausted from our long day, I was about to fall asleep.
"Avery, come on let's get you to bed." Niall got up, he went to pick me up and carry me to my room. I got changed really quickly and just jumped on the bed. Niall looked at me and just laughed, "Wow you really are tired, what did you even do today?" He smirked.
"I went shopping, and we went to a pub tonight." I told him, with my face buried in the pillow. I couldn't even move my head to talk to him. He laughed at me again.
Niall came and laid beside me under the blanket. He put his hand on my back and started drawing circles with his finger. I turned over so I was facing him, he moved his hand from my back to the hair that fell over my face. He pushed it behind my ear and began drawing small circles on my cheek.
"Niall, I really need to ask you something." I started to get really nervous. He was the first boy I ever really liked, and it was haunting me that we had to leave each other soon. "What's going to happen when we leave? When you go back to Ireland, and I go back to Ottawa?"
He took his hand off my cheek and put his arm under his pillow.
"I've been wondering the same thing. I thought about trying the long distance relationship. I could come visit you sometimes, and you can come visit me."
"I wouldn't have the money for a plane ticket.. You don't want to have to fly here all the time."
"I can buy you a plane ticket to come visit me, I'm in a band Avery." He winked at me. Right, One Direction.
"You really think we can make this work?" I smiled at him, and he nodded, smiling back at me.
I wrapped my arm around him, and he hugged me back. I closed my eyes for a second, and I don't remember anything after that.
