🔴tw- mentions of alcohol, mentions of homophobia and arguing/stronger language (directed at someone)🔴

*dreams pov*

"good morning.. uh george? is that right?" sapnap asked from next to me at the kitchen counter. i lifted my head up to look and, sure enough, george was standing in the doorway to the kitchen. i gave him a small smile.

"there's food on the stove if you're hungry."i said, snapping my head in the direction.

"thank you, and yeah. it's george." he sounded a bit nervous, but he had all right to be. being shoved around new people after 2 days of meeting me, yet another "stranger"? especially given how nervous he was in the first place.

regardless, he walked over to the stove and put some food on a plate. he sat down on the seat next to me, shuffling in it awkwardly.

"where's wil?" he asked, his voice quiet.

"he had to go shopping, he needed food or some shit. he'll be back soon." i replied before shoveling another piece of pancake into my mouth.

"alright..." he picked at his food, taking small bites every now and then.

"good morning !!" karl beamed, walking out of the living room.

"how can you be so goddamn chipper?" sapnap asked, annoyance bleeding through his tone of voice. i chuckled at the two of them.

karl walked over to sapnap and threw his arms around him, kissing the top of his head. "i didn't drink nearly as much as you did. i never do, idiot. anyways, good morning dream and george !!"

he gave me and george a wide smile. he let go of sap and walked over to the stove. he took a singular strip of bacon off the plate and went back to sapnap.

"g'morning" george said, a small smile appearing on his face. i glanced over at him. he didn't have the overwhelmed and nervous stance he did this morning, or last night. he looked... at least semi- comfortable? maybe? i can usually read people well, but he was different. he was good at hiding his emotions, assuming he had to be with the way he grew up.

"thanks for letting us crash last night, i really didn't feel like driving us home." i looked up when i realized karl was talking to me.

"oh yeah- no problem. you guys know you're welcome to stay whenever. are you guys planning on staying a couple more hours or-?"

"yeah, probably. just chillin for a bit before we go back to the apartment. we are probably gonna stream later so don't let me get drunk." sapnap said, glaring at me. i threw my hands up in defense making george giggle from next to me.

"you were the one that grabbed the alcohol but okay snapchat. how is the whole streaming thing going anyways?" i asked while i got up to wash my dishes, taking george's in the process when i noticed he was done. he muttered a small thank you and smiled at me. it made me happy, it seemed like he was getting more comfortable. even if it was just a little bit.

"i hit 1k followers yesterday !! and karl is almost at 2k, so really well, honestly." sapnap sounded so proud of karl and himself. it made me happy he found something he was so passionate about. "you should start streaming, you'd be good at it. seriously."

"i don't know... i don't know if i'd want my life just- out there. ya know?" he had tried to get me to stream before, yet i always had the same answer. it made me anxious even thinking about so many people knowing what i'd look like and who i was.

"be faceless. there's so many faceless streamers and at that point, you have free roam of how much information you share about yourself." george spoke up. i was half expecting him to be zoned out, definitely wasn't expecting him to be genuinely paying attention to the conversation.
