Ch 10

I decided to change the ending so here it goes:
Kao POV
I fell on something hard. My eyes flew open. I could hear someone's heart beat. My heartbeat was beating in synchronising with his. He was Pete. Moving aback he saw his face was smashed and bruised. Bleeding and dried blood stains all over his face. I panicked. I took slow breathes and called the ambulance. Till then I kept his head on my lap, and tried to clean the blood on his face with the help of my handkerchief. The ambulance did not take a lot of time to come. In a blur the paramedics carried him to the car, acting as a temporary guardian I went with them. When we reached the Hospital they took him into the emergency ward. He had cuts and bruised which were patched up by band aids but there was a deep cut on his back neck it was cause of I fell on him. For an unknown reason I felt responsible for this so I decided to take care of him. I paid half of his bill I do not have much money in my account right now, I should save some for future ,the month has just started ,I should take up a part time job. A cafe or a restaurant would be thought but I can manage.

Kao was unconsciously was playing with Pete's fingers. When Pete wakes up suddenly.

Pete's POV

I had the most beautiful dream. It was a glamorous feeling. How much flowery words I use it is incomparable. I dreamt of sunset, the sun dipping into the sea. Both of us Kao and me. Sitting on a picnic blanket a basket filled with home made food. A bottle of juice, sandwiches, fresh warm wind. Kao smiling. The scene was just perfect. The only word that could describe the feeling. It was not first time I dreamt of Kao. Some were innocent some were not so innocent. He was internally having a war. A war which would decide whether he really love Kao or was it just a useless disposable at wish crush.
Suddenly when I wake up from my slumber. I feel pain, every inch of my body hurted, my head was aching , it was as if someone was passing electricity through my head. I slowly opened my eyes, but due to the strong light my shut closed. After few moment adjusting my vision. I saw the most beautiful thing in the whole wide world. A distracted Kao.

Third Person POV

The war was won. And what he saw was the only person who could answer his doubts. He slowly realised now someone else owned him both figuratively and literally. As he saw Kao carelessly playing with his fingers.

Pete POV

I see Kao playing with my fingers. All the pain vanished. I bring his hand closer. I give him a kiss on his hand. He looks startled. A beautiful crimson shade colored his pretty face. He pulls his hand back. And pouts because of my surprise gift . He looks handsome even when angry. Holy Gods the pain is back. I let out a groan. "Ahhhhhhhh" ."Are you alright? Does it hurt anywhere? Should I call a Doctor? Doctor" Kao panics. "Kao do not scream. It is a hospital." A doctor comes running."Are you feeling any pain?" the Doctor questions. I nod my head. The Doctor jots down something on a paper "Would you like to explain what happened? Did you get in a street fight?" I wait for sometime to answer after finding the perfect answer which was not a lie but not the complete truth." Some strange guys came and started beating me. I think they mistook me for someone else. I think I blacked out in the middle of the fight.I tried to put up but I couldn't they mere too many." "Why don't you take rest and stay for the night . Your half of the bill is paid by your guardian rest you can pay tomorrow in the bill counter. My Guardian. Was my father here. I look around guardian? Who?
Kai looks at me with 'I know everything' look . " Me. I found you near my house. I'll get your medicines" He says as the Doctor hands him the list of medicines. The Doctor leaves. Kao was about to leave when I hand him my debit card. " Hey use this "." Oh" he simply replies. He leaves. Now now how did I got myself in this state is to be said Kao fault. Indirectly obviously. I for sure did not get jealous. *Wink*
