"General Tuta abused his power by killing innocent civilians and plundering civilian's wealth! There is also clear evidence of his collusion with our enemy, the Hittites! His crimes are punishable by death!" Sese yelled to everyone in the room. The guards pointed their spears at three other men. "Prime minister Gyro raided tombs and stole Pharoah's beloved objects. Punishable by death. Priest Palin established a rebellion against The pharaoh. Punishable by death."

"How dare you tret us like this?" demanded one of the men. "It was the pharaoh who allowed us to do so. You must wait for his return to do anything to us! You dare to go against the-" With just a wave of his hand, Sese had the man stabbed and killed.

"I'm the prince of Egypt. The law states that those that are disloyal to the pharaoh and act against the country are to be executed." He said flatly.

"You dirty prince! Go to hell" Screamed one of the other men, breaking free from the guards. He raised up a sword and ran at Sese. Sese reached back and grabbed the thing that fell of his chair from my arms. It's a sword! He blocked the man's blow and knocked his sword out of his hand. Then he pierced the mans shoulder. The man fell on his knees, blood dripping from the corner of his mouth. Sese pulled out his sword and looked like he was going to strike again. I have to do something, I cant just watch someone get hurt like this.

"Thas enough! He is already suffering enough!" I yelled at Sese. I ran up and clung to his arm. I heard him take a deep breath. He's probably pissed at me right now. I bet he'll kill me next. I started to tremble.

"Your crime doubles for raising our sword against your prince. Execute his whole family. Behead all above the age of ten and cut the rest's left hand off. Then exile them." He said and kicked the man down. I gasped. How can he punish that man's family? They're innocent! I want to go home so bad. "Take him away." Sese ordered the guards. "More wine everyone!" He said cheerfully.

I couldn't help it now. I felt the tears streaming down my face. I could smell all the blood. And I still feel sick from Tuta get murdered. I ran out of the room. I don't care where I'm going as long as it's away from this crazy man. I just want to go home!

I ran right into someone. I looked up, the tears blurring my vision. Oh, thank goodness it's just Azark. "Lady Nefertari, where are you running to?" He asked surprised.

"Azark take me home! You said you would as long as I went to this stupid party! Now just take me home!"

"But the prince is out looking for you." He said, grabbing my shoulders.

"You promised! You promised to take me home after this! You can't make me stay here!" I shouted. I probably looked hysterical with all the tears running down my face, but I didn't care. "Get out of my way! I'm leaving!"

"Were to?" I heard a familiar voice ask from behind. I froze. No! Why is he here. I don't want to see the cruel prince. "Its boring to drink alone." He said pulling me into his arms. "What's so bad about drinking with me?" I closed my eyes. Maybe this is all a dream and I'll wake up at home. But when I closed my eyes, all I saw was Sese stabbing that man and Tuta's head rolling off the table.

"Everything!" I shrieked. The tears started falling again. I struggled against his arms, but he was too strong. "Let go! I want to go home now! Malayna won't let you go if you do anything to me! She won't let you-" Suddenly Sese leaned in and kissed me. That was my first kiss! And it was with some crazy ancient murderer!

He pulled away so that our lips weren't touching, but he stayed in my face. "Who is Malayna? Why do you want to go back to her?" Sese asked. I couldn't help but stare into is eyes. They were comforting, which didn't make any sense. How could looking into this man, who killed people, be comforting? It was just the color I decided. I pulled back and wiped my mouth.

"She's my sister!" I told him. "Just let me go home! Please!"

"Do you know how to get home?" he asked.

"I, no" I admitted.

"Then stay by my side." He reached out his hand to me. "Did you know that everything in Egypt belongs to the pharaoh? Even those who come from other countries, like you. I am the son of the pharaoh, therefor you belong to me." Sese picked me up and carried me princess style again.

"Youre a liar! Thers no rule like that!" I countered.

"It's ok, I won't harm you." He said trying to comfort me. "Just stay by my side."

By now it was night, so he brought me into the palace and led me to a room. The bed had silk sheets and was made of gold, with intricate designs on the headboard. "This will be your room. I'll assign servants to help you with everything. Have a good night." He said and walked away.

I laid down on the bed and stared out the window. I could see more stars from here than I could from my room. I drifted off to sleep pretty soon.
