(Andy's POV)

"Do you trust me? I ask.

Genevieve nods, but I know that she hasn't completely brought down her walls for me just yet.

It's going to take time, but I know that, eventually, she'll learn to trust people again.

I'll wait forever if I have to for her.

When I looked at her that first time with her friend right beside the stage, I knew she was the one I needed, the one who I would fall in love with forever, not just temporarily.

"Let's get out of this bus today, Genevieve. It will be just the two of us.Would you like that?" I ask while holding her hand.

     She smiles and nods again.

"Great! Although I'm not telling you where just yet." I smile and she smiles wider.

I put a blindfold on Genevieve as the bus pulls to a stop.

"Is this really necessary?" She laughs.

"Completely," I reply with a chuckle.

After Jake opens the door for us, I look at them and say, "Go do whatever you guys want. Pick us up in about two hours?"

"Sure man," Ashley winks at me.

"Call if you need us," Jinxx calls out before the bus doors close, and the bus drives away.

"Where are we at, Andy?" She laughs.

"You'll see when we get there." I take her hand and lead her through the park. I don't want to show her the park. I want to show her the stage.

We are in the Shelby County Recreational Park. There are trails you can walk on, and it is quite relaxing to breathe in the scents of the woods and nearby lake.

I arrive at the entrance to the trail and take the blindfold off after I turn her to face the park.

"We're at a park?" She asks. I laugh and turn her around.

"No, just a short hike." I take her hand and push the branches out of her way.

We take a right on the trail and walk slowly.

"So... What are you going to show me?" Genevieve tries to get the information from me.

"Nope. Not gonna get me to tell you." I smile. "We're almost there already. It's just another 5 minutes or so..."

"Oh, okay." She smiles as we continue to walk down the trail.

I try to start a conversation, but I'm just so nervous around her.

"I always like to come here after concerts in this state."

     "Why?"

"It's... Well... I think that it's relaxing to walk through here and listen to nature sing."

"Yeah, it does calm your nerves."

"Just so you know, you're the first girl I've ever brought here."
