The next morning at 6AM,
we pulled up to the school ground where the grade 12s were getting ready to go to Dallas.

"Now, you have everything? Because if you forget something than it's too late to get it now," Amelia said.

"Yes I have everything. I'll take photos, promise," I said.

"Okay, now behave yourself, no fooling around with any boys. Stay close to Mr. Scotwell. And he has a crush on me so I'll know if you've misbehaved," she said.

"Wait, Mr. Scotswell has a crush on you?" I asked and looked out the window. Plump and chubby Mr. Scotswell was leaning against the side of the bus while eating a doughnut.

"Ugh, I know right," Amelia said, we both ended up giggling like school girls.

"Alright then, I will be here at 4:30 on Monday to take you home," she said.

"Alright, I love you," I said and gave her a hug.

"I love you too. Hey, if Tom want's to talk to you, talk to him," she said.

"Okay," I agreed and hopped out of the car with my suitcae and purse.

"Be good and don't talk to strangers!" Amelia called from behind me. I saluted her and headed to the school bus.

"Ah, good to see you'll be joining us Ms. Stern. Load your bag onto bus five over there and come take a seat." Mr. Scotswell instructed me.

"Yes sir." I replied and brought my bag to bus five. I handed it to one of the assistants and went to join the other grade 12s.

The bus inside looked half dead, either were kids playing on their phones or they were catching up on sleep. I took the seat next to Kathleen.

"Hey, you doing okay?" she asked me.

"Yeah I'm fine." I replied.

Kathleen

An hour long bus drive later we were checked in and flying on an hour and forty five minute flight to Dallas. Courtney took the window seat, I sat next to her. In front of us was Summer and Talia. Behind us was Keri and Luke, behind them was Carson and Evan, and across form Keri and Luke was Tom and Dean. I kept feeling Tom staring at us, and I was right because every few minutes I looked behind us and he was staring at Courtney.

"He's still staring at you," I said to her. She wasn't listening though, she was listening to her music.

"Hey, Court," I nudged her arm.

"Hm?' she took out her ear plugs.

"I said he's still staring at you," I said.

"Oh...right," she said and looked down at her lap

"For god sakes girl, just go talk to him. I mean, he told you loved you less then twenty four hours ago," I said.

"I know but what would I say? Hey Tom I'm sorry of accusing you for a total idiotic action? I'll just wait till we get to Dallas and figure something out," she replied. I sighed.

"Okay. Well I'm going to get some water, do you want anything?" I asked.

"No I'm fine," she replied and put her music back in. Sighing, I left my seat and went to get a bottle of water. Keri stopped me.

"Hey, is she okay?" she asked me.

"She's still upset."

Courtney

Kathleen left to go get some water, which left me staring out the window with Cold Play blasting in my ears. All of the sudden, Tom jumped out of his seat and took Kathleen's spot. I took a glance at him, and then stared back out the window.

Then I felt a pair of lips kiss my shoulder. I looked back over at Tom who had a sly smile playing at his lips. I chuckled and playfully pushed his head away. Then he pressed a kiss to my neck and rested his head on my shoulder. I guess this was his way of saying I'm sorry.

"I love you." He mumbled in my hair.

"I love you too. I'm sorry."

Kathleen

When I came back I saw Tom had taken my seat and he was snuggling up with Courtney, and she had her blushing smile on her face. I smiled and sat down next to Dean.

"Hey."

"Hey."
