(Thea's POV)

One moment I was just fighting Percy, then a second later my father, Hephaestus, claimed me. I know nothing about him, but I heard he tinkers with everything metal and I've always been known for that sort of thing. Fighting Percy was the best thing that's ever happened because I could finally prove that I've spent most of my childhood training for things like this. And that little trick I did with the smoke bomb, genius right there! I had made it during lunch when I was bored with just flour, a ping-pong ball, potassium nitrate, and sugar. Just toss it on the grown and boom everyone's blind.

Annabeth ended up walking me to my new cabin after collecting my stuff. We went on talking and she told me about Percy, who was her boyfriend and I told her about my old school. I liked Annabeth she reminded me of myself. Really determined and serious at times but has a goofy side when with the right people. We walk up the stairs and onto the porch of my new cabin when a young boy maybe a year younger than me (I'm 16 btw) was at the door fidgeting with what looked like a toy car with a crossbow on top...?

"Well hello, ladies" He smirked. His curly brown hair fell into his eyes and he blew it away. He wore suspenders and a white button-up over his camp t-shirt. He had grease all over making it look like he rolled in an oil pit.

"Hello Valdez" Annabeth frowned and put a hand on her hip.

"Oh, and who might you be? Are you Marida from brave?" He looks up and down at me and then at Annabeth a little confused but he kept on grinning as if he had just won the lottery. It was cute but I'm assuming now that he's my half-brother and that would be weird.

"I am not Marida from Brave. I am Thea Elliot, kind of new to camp here. And you are apparently my half-brother I'm assuming." I smiled and placed my hands on my hips. He frowned for a moment contemplating what to say next and then his smile grew so huge I thought it would reach his eyes.

"OOOOH, I HAVE A NEW SISTER!" He grabs my face with his oily hands and looks me dead in the eyes.

"Leo, give her some space my gosh!" Annabeth pushes him to the side and he just sticks his tongue out at her. He finally gestures me in and shows me a single bed in the corner of the room. It was a small bed but it was the only one that wasn't occupied. I placed my stuff on the bed and looked around in awe. In the far left corner was a working station with every tool you could think of bolts, springs, oily rags, and other tools lay everywhere. On the wall right next to the station was a fireplace that gave the room such a homie smell. I felt at home here right away.

"So this little corner here is yours, you can decorate it I guess however you want, let me get you some sheets and some more camp shirts." Leo walks off into another back room and returns with some sheets and shirts. I tell Annabeth I'm alright here with Leo so she says goodbye and heads out.

"So Leo, do we have other siblings?" I ask as I sit on my bed to unpack.

"Oh yes of course! Recently a lot of them are at Camp Jupiter though. They needed to help rebuild something there so they'll be gone for a while. That means it's just me, you, and Katie. Katie's out though, training I believe." Leo smiles at you and begins to work on his toy car/crossbow thing. I unpack my things like my clothes, my posters (yes I brought posters, I never leave without them), and my favorite stuffed animal. I make my bed and then place my clothes in the drawer underneath the bed. I ended up hanging the posters of my favorite bands like The Vamps, 21 Pilots, and Fall Out Boy. I then reach to hang my picture of me and my brother Timothy but when I felt in my pocket the picture was gone! Oh no, I can't lose that, that's the last thing I have of Timothy other than our childhood teddy bear that now was sitting on the bed. I started to panic searching in my bag, under the bead in my other clothes but it was gone. I collapsed on my bed and decided I'd ask around or look in the morning. The horn was then blown for dinner so I walked out with Leo for the dining pavilion.

(Nico's POV)

Was this boy in the picture her twin brother? If so where was he? I held onto the picture and decided I would return it later on. I headed to my cabin and laid on my bed thinking about this mystery girl and her mystery twin brother. I fell asleep and it wasn't pleasant like almost all dreams with demigods.

(Nico's dream)

I saw myself from a 3rd person point of view I was on my knees at my father's throne. He sat there unwilling to look at me as I begged about something that I couldn't understand. Far behind me in the corner of the room the girl, Thea stood with Leo and Piper who had shock and fear on their faces. What was I doing and why were they here with me? The me that was watching was then sucked into the me on my knees and I began to understand what I was saying. I was crying and in total distraught.

"Farther you must listen, this is the only way. I know you don't care for Zeus because of what he did to mom but you'll be overthrown too. I can't have that happen, dad!" I began to sob and I couldn't control it. I then felt a warm hand touch my shoulder from behind, Thea she was looking down at me with a trying smile. She came close to my ear and whispered.

"Nico, there's nothing more you can do. It's okay." She moved away from my ear and kissed my forehead. What is happening, I've never even talked to this girl before. Then I was pulled from that reality and I saw again from 3rd person view. I saw Thea and Piper dragging me and Leo through flames and wind that was tearing at our skin. Thea screamed as she dragged me through this dark hall. I woke from the dream screaming and holding my head. I finally got myself together and took a cold shower before dinner. As I was walking to the dining pavilion I saw Thea with Leo headed the same way. I stopped and ended up shadow traveling to the Hephaestus cabin. I walked through the center hall looking for anything that I saw Thea have so I can find where she was sleeping. When I got to the back of the room one bed stood out. There were posters of bands around the bed and a teddy bear tucked into the blankets. Now, this is new this must be hers. I walk to the bed sitting down lightly looking at the stuffed animal. It was a dirty old brown bear with button eyes. I smiled a little as I placed the image on the bear.

"What are you doing?" I jump off the bed holding up my sword. But when I saw that it was Thea I loosened a bit.

"Oh, I'm sorry. You left that picture at the arena after your battle and I wanted to return it." She smiled super wide and ran up to me hugging me tightly. She was warm and she smelt like roses. I didn't hug back cause I was still kind of shook. She let go and held my shoulders she looked into my eyes and smiled wide.

"Thank You so much. I was so worried I had lost it." She let go and grabbed the picture looking at it and smiling.

"I thought you'd be at dinner." I finally got out. She frowned.

"Yeah I know I was going there with Leo but I was hoping to come back here and just sleep. Not in the best mood at the moment." She smiles wide but I can see the sadness in her eyes.

I don't usually ask how people are, I avoid getting into talks about feelings but for some reason, I felt like I should.

"Are you okay?" A tear fell from her eye.
