On July 4th, 2020, TommyInnit joined the DreamSMP.
When he first joined the SMP, he threatened not to follow the rules, and ended up being trapped in a remote banishment area. Once he was released, he explored the server and started claiming all of the buildings as his own, before building his official base.
A lot of new members were added after this, such as Tubbo, Fundy, Purpled, Punz, Wilbur, Eret, Jschlatt and Skeppy. Most of them built houses on the smp, like Eret's castle, and Purpled's UFO, which still remain on the SMP now.
At this time, Sapnap also burnt down Ponk's second Lemon Tree, which then lead to a battle between Ponk and Alyssa and Sapnap and Tommy. As a result of this, Dream stole Tommyinnit's most prized possessions - his music discs, this then started the first official war on the SMP.
