On April 25th, 2020 Dream created the Dream SMP. It started off as a survival multiplayer, the first official members being Dream, Georgenotfound, Sapnap, Callahan, BadBoyHalo, ItsAlyssa, Ponk, and Awesamdude.
In the first streams on the SMP, they started to build the community house, as well as a path coming off it, which is now known as the "prime path". They also built a courthouse, which was later used for a trial over the death of Sapnap's horse. Ponk also builds the first lemon trees.
The first few pets were then tamed. A fish called Beckerson, then Dream's horse, Spirit, which was then killed by mobs.
