Before I got to know Ame and other girls, my dad was training me hard. I didn't know I would know them or go to some difficult training then. It was a time when we still lived in Atlantis, an underwater town. Most people there were very familiar and nice, but actually, some of them hated me and Atlantis as well. Or maybe rather, they were half-human, half-fish than humans. Anyway, they were like me, with one exception - I was a demigod, so I was powerful, and I was usually called the Pride of Atlantis. One day, my dad, Poseidon, god of the water, took me deep into the ocean, far from the town. He told me that it would be one of our last training together. As always, we started by mastering the basics of water control. After that, he told me he would teach me techniques that he hoped I would never have to use. He told me the rules about them, the theory of water molecules in every creature on this planet, and he asked me if I was willing to learn techniques that would allow me to kill others. I knew there would come a time when I would have to use these, so I immediately agreed. We spent several hours mastering the skills of vibrations of water molecules. The night was soon when I got better at it, so Poseidon allowed me to take a rest and sleep. A few next days looked the same. I woke up, ate, trained, ate, trained, ate, trained, and slept. Lessons started to be boring because all I did was water control. I didn't know how it would help me because there wasn't any material creation, ice spears creation, or anything like that. I was, like, how water vibrations could kill? Poseidon apparently realized that I began to disregard training. He told me he would show me a technique using only vibrations of water molecules. He didn't want to kill anybody, so he took some alga, and then he closed his eyes. I started feeling how water was vibrating in it, and after three seconds, the alga suddenly blew up. It was incredible! Then I decided to focus more on the training, and after about a month, I was finally able to do it. In the meantime, he also taught me some other techniques. After all, he told me he was proud of me. I was so happy. We decided to spend the rest of this day like a dad and daughter and back to Atlantis tomorrow.
When we got closer to Atlantis, we felt weird feelings. Something just wasn't right. There wasn't a single living soul in sight. We sped up to check what happened. When we were heading to the castle, one of the guards of Atlantis stopped us. He was hiding in his house, so we got in. He told us some people started a rebellion. Because we weren't there, and the army commander was one of the people who started the rebellion, so they could win every fight. Most people gave up and ran into their houses, but the people who defended the castle died. The rebellion killed everyone who disagreed with them. I was pissed, and Poseidon tried to cool me down. I knew it would be the perfect time to use this killing technique, but then I remembered what my dad told me. I shouldn't use this technique unless it's necessary. We decided to take the castle back and punish those who rebelled and killed. We swam there and entered it. We saw ten men in the royal hall. One of them was sitting on the throne. It was the army commander. Also, several dead bodies lay on the floor. I felt anger rising in my dad. He grabbed his trident, and so did I. I was just waiting for his command. Poseidon asked the main rebel why they did that. He burst out a mocking laugh. My dad swung his trident, and blood spurted on the throne. My dad told me to get out of the royal hall for a while. I did it. Probably he didn't want me to see him killing them. Maybe I wasn't ready yet.

When we got up, the sun was already shining. During our breakfast, I said, 'Honestly I'm a little scared that you guys are with me. I don't want anybody to hurt you,' with sadness.
'Dummy,' Ame announced and hugged me, 'we're friends. We would help you even if you decided to go without us.' My eyes were full of tears, but I was smiling. Other girls smiled, too.
'I got an order from Hades, but it isn't the main reason why I decided to help you. As Ame said, we are friends,' Calli said.
'And you even helped me first!' Kiara yelled with happiness.
'As you see, we just want to do that, Gura,' Ina said.
'You all... I love you!' I shouted and wiped the tears from my eyes.
After a few minutes, when we already ate, we made some sandwiches, took our weapons and left the village. We decided we will try to avoid fighting in Airtopen because there were too many towns and settlements occupied by the enemies. We would first defeat the Demon Lord, and after that, we would free Airtopen and other attacked duchies. Trying to remain unnoticed by local enemies, we were walking through forests and avoiding open areas. Sometimes it was really hard, but then Ina used her magic, or Kiara flew to check if nobody was near us. The first three days of our journey looked easy, but we had two days more until we got to Ognfire. On the last day in Airtopen, we almost got spotted. The night was soon, and it was cold. We wondered if we would set a fire or not. It was getting colder, so we decided to do it. We set the fire, and after a few minutes, we realized it was a bad choice.
'Someone is approaching,' Ame whispered.
'Put out the fire!' Ina said, and then I used my magic to do that.
'Is he coming towards us?' Calli asked.
'He stopped about fifty meters from us,' Ame said, 'we have to kill him.'
'But we don't know yet if he's an enemy,' Kiara protested.
'He is. He smells like charred trash,' Ame said.
'Hope you're not wrong this time,' I said. 'Who should kill him?'
'I will do it,' Ame, Kiara, and Calli said at the same time.
'Okay, so I'll do it,' Ina announced and opened her magic book. 'Where exactly is he?'
'Right there,' Ame said and pointed at him with her finger.
'Give me ten seconds, and it'll be done.' Then she incantated some words, and we saw how the man fell on the ground. 'He's dead.'
'It was fast. You're scary,' I joked. We laughed a little, and then we decided to sleep. We knew it was our last peaceful night.
