Where's Elliot?

Cant have what you want, but what do you want?

Two days before, what Nick had over heard it was still a blur to him he had to do something. He was going to leave his wife for Olivia, but was it just jealously or was it him just wanting her?
Everyone was down at the precinct, working on the usual cases that were going to trial. Nick was thinking about Olivia all day, it was unstoppable and uncontrollable. Olivia was talking to Elliot about a case. Nick left before he could hear her response.
"Hey Olivia can we talk?" Nick said walking close to her, Olivia looked up and nodded her head Up and down.
"What is it" she asked in worry. Nick turned for a moment trying not to be emotional. Olivia looked at him, and touched his arm, Nick moved quickly. She looked at him for the longest moment.
"Are you with Elliot?" He asked real quietly, she stood straight and looked.
"Why do you say that?" Olivia asked seriously. Nick gave her a look.
"Because I'm in love with you, and If you are well...I'll move on..." Nick said lifting his eyebrows up. Elliot came closer to them.
"We have a missing person" Elliot says looking at both of them. Nick huffed and rolled his eyes, Elliot left and it was just Olivia and Nick in the hall.
"It's him or me choose...I know you felt something that night at dinner when I kissed you.." He said, Olivia walked around him and whispered something as walking by. Nick turned around and wanted to fall to his knees.

POV
Nick made me feel so bad in that hallway I don't even know. I have to choose between them, it's not fair because I love both of them.. Elliot gives me a extraordinary and devastating love.. Nick gives me the kind and sweet love but which one is best for me? I ask myself that every time I walk through the precinct doors. When Elliot was missing Nick helped me lots, even when Elliot came back he was there for me. When I'm around Elliot he makes me feel...I don't know but when I'm with Nick, he makes me feel safe. Im not saying Elliot doesn't make me feel safe, but I'm saying Nick and Elliot are two men who have two different personalities.. Maybe I'll go missing for a month and see who finds me first..or maybe I should be kidnapped to see who saved me then..no what am I doing?!?! That's not the way there's other ways. My feeling for both of them are equal. I'm a mess.

I don't know anymore I love her, I love her so much Id give up my badge...my wife for her. But she would never know that because she loves Elliot...what the hell does she see in him?!? He left her for months and now comes back says he loves her but fucks Dani then gets rid of Dani!! This man is something else. And a coward. But hey who am I to judge..she loves him they have been partners for 12 years and I've been here for a year. So I can't compare and contrast that. But I won't give up on her because I don't see him fighting for her at all...all I see him doing is sweet talking her, if he was a real man he would have done something better. Olivia is mine..I'll find my way..I know she loves me or at least she feels something for me.
Later that day, it was going to be 9pm. Everyone had left but Nick,Olivia,and Elliot they all were working on a case that felt like it lasted 24 hours. Olivia got up to get coffee, she was falling asleep and frustrated, Elliot followed her to the machine and he touched her waist and kissed her, she closed her eyes but realized Nick was in the room, he looked but then looked away. Olivia moved Elliot's hands off her waist and returned to her desk. Nick was getting ready to leave.
"Goodnight guys see you tomorrow" Nick said annoyed. He left. Elliot looked at Olivia and smiled, Olivia knew what he wanted but wasn't going to give it to him, she grabbed her coat. Elliot got closer and kissed her on her lips, she shoved him back and slapped him.
"Elliot if you want me that badly...EARN ME! I'm not your sex toy, I actually have feelings.." Olivia said with tears in her eyes and walking out the door.
Elliot stood there realizing.
