Chapter 15 | stabbed

"Scream and I'll kill you"

Natalia's PoV

I froze 'I know that voice' it belonged to Steve

"Miss me" he whispered into my ear as he forced me to turn around so I was face to face with him he removed his hand from my mouth I wanted to scream but he had a knife pressed against my stomach.

"H-how d-did y-you f-find m-me" I stuttered

"After Taylor's death I knew you where going to tell your new family and the cops about what we did to you so I went to your school to get you and found out that you where on your way to the airport I then drives to airport and found out where you where flying to so I went back home and told David but being the coward he was he ran so I made a plan and here we are" he explained still holding the knife against me.

"Now let's have some fun shall we" he smirked

I backed up only to hit a wall he started to kiss my neck and started to slide his free hand up my top I was about to scream but he then moved his hand to my mouth. I pushed him and he fell and hit his head on the wooden seat he wasn't moving so I took my chance and ran out of the changing room and straight into a hard chest

Rocco's PoV

25 minutes I've been standing here waiting for Nat and I felt like something was wrong so I decided to man up and go into the store I started to look arround in each section I couldn't see her anywhere I was getting worried.

I may act like I don't care but I do but being the Mafia puts a target on her she's our family's weakness and if our enemies find out about her it will put her in serious danger and after everything Taylor had done to her I don't think she can go through anymore pain that she has already gone through and me having ADHD its twice as hard to stay in control and not scare her .

I was snapped out of thoughts by a whimper I started to look around but still couldn't see anyone i then her something hit the floor I turned a corner towards where I heard the sound and that's when someone ran into me I looked down and it was my little sister with tears streaming down her face.

"What happened" I said

"H-he f-found me" she panted and clung to me

"Who" I said

"Steve" she cried into my chest and tightened her arms around me sobbing I pried her of me and I imidiately saw something red on her top.

"What's that" I said pointing to Her top she looked down and lifted her top up my eyes went wide it was a stab wound.

Nat started swaying and collapsed I caught her before she hit the floor i lowered her down so her head was on my lap. I quickly took of my jacket and and pressed it against the wound to slow the bleeding.

"It's going to be ok" I comforted and took out my phone and imidiately called remi.

"Where are you" I screamed into the phone

"I'm outside of the store, what's going on"he said

"Nats been hurt"

"Hold on We're coming" he said and hung up Zats eyes started to close

"No,no,no stay awake don't close your eyes" I pressed down harder

"ROCCO!!" I heard someone shout

"Over here!" I called out remi and romeo came running around the corner

"what happened" remi said and crouched down next to her.

"She was stabbed" remi took over and started examining the wound.

"YOU BITCH!" I heard someone shout

A man came rushing out of the changing room with a bloody knife in his hand and blood coming from his head anger took over me, I stood up and charged at him his eyes went wide and my fist met his face and he staggered backwards and dropped the knife I repeatedly punched him until he fell unconscious.

"That's enough!" Remi shouted I turned around and 2 of Leo's men approach the unconscious man and drag him out of the store.

"If we don't get her to the med bay she won't make it" Remi said as he lifted Nat bridal style and started to leave the store with me and Romeo running behind him.

"I'll bring the jeep round" Romeo shouted and ran ahead of us.

We rushed out of the mall and saw Romeo quickly jump out and run round to the car door quickly opening it. Remi put Nat in the back seat I also hopped into the back seat and put her head on my lap.

"Rocco I need you to keep pressure on the wound until we reach the Med bay" I nodded and applied  as much pressure as I could. Remi and Luke got into the front and we started driving going through red lights and almost hitting cars but after a couple of minutes we finally made it.

"we're here it's going to be okay" I said as I looked down at Nat but she was unconscious I put my ear against her mouth a sighed in relief  when I heard her breathing

Remi carried Nat bridal style into the Medway the doctors where already waiting for us and they quickly carted her off.

30 minutes later

30 minutes I've been waiting here and still no news on Nat Remi left to call dad and Leo while Romeo called Luke. I heard a door open and a doctor came out And walked towards me.

"How is she" I asked

"She had a emergency surgery to prepare any damage that was caused but " he replied 'oh no' when I heard him say but I almost started panicking

"But she needs a blood transfusion due to the amount of blood she lost" he said

"I'll do it" I said knowing that i have the same blood type as her while Remi and Romeo had mums blood type and the others weren't here he nodded

"Follow me" he said and I gave a nod and followed him.

As I walked into the room I saw a pale Nat lying there with wires hanging from her. The doctor led me to a chair next to her bed and quickly went over to the other side of the room and came back with a needle and a tube.

"I need to insert this into your arm" he said I nodded felt the needle go into my arm he taped it down and went over to Nat side and did the same after he turned the valve the blood went from me to her.

"You May start feeling dizzy and sleepy but it's fine I'll come back to check on you in around 30 minutes and I'll call your family and let them know" I nodded and he left the room after 10 minutes I started getting tired I wasn't sure weather I could sleep or not but my eyes started closing 'fuck it' I said to my self before I fell asleep.
