Natalia's PoV (Saturday)
Time skip (5:45pm)
After Henry left I stayed in my room it was around 5:45pm when Remi called me from downstairs I quickly slipped on my slippers and walked out of my room only to bump into something only to look up and realise it was Rocco.
"Sorry" I apologised he rolled his eyes and walked off.
"Rude" I mumbled and made my way downstairs to the kitchen where I saw everyone except accept dad and Leo.
"Hey Nat we're getting takeout for dinner, what do you want" Remi said he handed me a leaflet which showed me a menu I skimmed down the list of foods.
"Um I'll have the quarter pounder with cheese please" I told him he tapped his phone
"Sure it that all" he said I nodded
"Ok it will be here in arround 20 minutes" he said
"Okay" I replied and made my way to the dining room
After waiting 20 minutes the doorbell rang
"I'll get it" Romeo said and ran to the front door
After a couple of minutes Romeo came back with the food in his hand we all settled down at the table before Romeo passed us our food.
We all tucked into the food the burger tasted amazing we where halfway through eating when we heard the front door shut we all looked up and saw my eldest brother and dad walk towards us they looked exhausted.
"You two look like shit" Romeo blurted
"Language" Remi scolded
"You guys look exhausted" Remi said to them
"We are I'm glad we are both off tomorrow" Leo said as he slumped down in a seat followed my dad. Dads phone started to ring he picked it up and answered
"Hello" dad said and stood up and walked out of the room
"I wonder who that is" Romeo said we shrugged and carried on eating until a couple of minutes later dad came back
"Who was on the phone" Leo said to dad
"That was your grandfather" dad replied and sat down
"What did he want" Leo said
"He wanted to ask if it was okay for the rest of the family to come visit" dad said
"Really" Romeo said happily
"Yes but I said I'll have to ask Nat first" dad said looking at me
"What do you say Nat" dad asked
Did I want to meet them so soon what if they don't like me I though I saw all the boys looking at me with hope in there eyes waiting for me to reply
"Ok" I agreed
"Yess" Romeo smiled
"Great I'll text dad and let him know" dad said and started texting
After dinner I made my way back to my room and changed into some comfy pjs and got into bed not long after I fell asleep
Nightmare / flashback
I sat in my room reading when my belly rumbled I hadn't eaten anything today and I was starving.
I had just turned 11 it was my first birthday without my mum. My stepfather didn't even remember. My belly rumbled again I sighed and got up I slowly walked to my door opened in and peaked outside to see if Taylor was out there he wasn't so I tiptoed down the stairs.
I walked passed the living room i turned to see Taylor passed out on the sofa with a bottle in his hand and cigarettes thrown over the floor I turned back around and walked to the kitchen.
I searched the fridge but there was no food only bottles of alcohol so I searched the cupboards until I found a pack of cookies I grabbed them and tore them open quietly so Taylor didn't hear.
I picked up a cookie and bit into it it tasted so good so I went and grabbed another and shoved it into my mouth.
"Well,well what do we have here" I jumped and the cookies fell from my hand onto the floor I looked up and saw Taylor standing there with a angry expression.
"Stealing from me are we" he sneered I stood there shaking he looked so angry
"I-I'm s-Sorry" I whimpered he walked towards me and grabbed my arm so tight he could easily snap it he dragged me upstairs and stopped at the bathroom door.
He opened the door and pulled me in locking the door behind us. He turned on the cold tap letting the bath fill up.
"This will teach you to not steal from me" he smirked and turned the tap of once it was full He pulled me forward so I was standing next to the tub.
He gripped my hair I let out a cry he pushed my head closer to the water.
"P-please stop" I cried but he didn't listen he just laughed and pushed my head so I was inches away from the water before he shoved me under.
I struggled to breathe I felt like I was going to pass out after a couple more seconds he pulled me out I took a breath before he shoved me back under I tried kicking screaming but nothing was coming out he held me under until everything went black.
