We sat in the library. I had stopped reading for about five minutes now, blaming myself for thinking I'd actually be loved by Draco Malfoy. A hair strand fell on my face as my eyes were exhaustedly gazing out of the window and at the trees outside. His hand pushed it behind my ear, pulling me out of my thoughts.

,,Thanks." I whispered, smiling at Louis.

,,Anytime." He smiled. ,,Are you alright? Have you slept? Eaten? Rested?"

,,I have. Thanks for caring, Louis."

,,Of course." He turned his attention back to his novel.

,,I'm sorry because of yesterday. I only talked about myself, but haven't asked about you. Are you alright? Is there anything you want to let go of? Any weight on your shoulder?" I asked him timidly.

,,No, there isn't. Thank you for asking though."

,,Alright. I'm there for you too, Louis." I told him and he nodded.
-----

It had been almost two weeks now. There was no sign of Draco. He hadn't come back, nor replied to my letters. I was worried.

But all that vanished as I saw his back in a hallway. He turned around and his stern face fell as he saw me. He stopped. I was staring at him in disbelief and rushed to him.

,,(y/n)" he said, sounding relieved, but I pushed him by his chest.

,,You complete- idiot" I said between pushes. ,,Do you know how worried I was? Why wouldn't you write, respond or return? Draco! I was worried sick! Are you aware, that you were gone for two weeks. You cannot be gone for that long, come back and pretend as if nothing happened!" I yelled at him, letting my anger out on him.

,,I know, but I didn't have time. You don't understand. (Y/n), I-"

,,(y/n)?" I heard a soft voice in the distance behind me, that interrupted Draco. I turned around. ,,Here you are. I was looking for you. Is everything alright?" Louis asked as he stood beside me. He looked up. ,,Oh, Draco, hello." He held his hand out politely. Draco didn't shake it though. Louis took his hand back awkwardly.

,,Since when do you know Partridge?" He asked sternly, scowling at me.

,,Since when are you my parents?" I snarled

,,Alright, um" Louis tried to loosen up the tension. ,,Someone wanna do something?" He asked and I turned to him.

,,We can go to-" I was looking at Louis while wanting to make a suggestion, but Draco interrupted me.

,,I'm not coming?" He asked and I scowled.

,,You think I'm gonna invite you after you left me for two weeks?"

He huffed. ,,Whatever. I don't wanna come anyway." He turned back around and walked away. I turned to Louis.

,,Can you believe that? Anyways, let's go to the library."
-------

I was sitting with Louis in the library. We were talking and laughing about random stuff. I didn't feel sad anymore. I felt happy with him. Louis never stopped showing happiness and I loved that. It motivated me.

He was drinking a lot of water. One sip after the other. I observed him and chuckled. He looked up from his book. He realized and laughed along. We had a great time, as always. Until I saw him at the table next to us.

I looked at Draco, who was sat with Astoria and Sally at a table. They were both staring at him in admiration and his eyes found mine. I looked back to Louis quickly.

,,Can we go somewhere else?" I asked Louis. His eyes wandered to the table and he nodded slowly. We packed our things and stood up. I threw my heavy bag over my shoulder and Louis began to walk. As I turned around, I saw Sally at a book shelf and Astoria all over Draco, kissing him. My heart dropped. It was as if everything else had blurred out, until Louis got me out of it.
