A whole week passed without you hearing from Law or Aluca. You were told to help the other slaves with the housework and at least you were busy and distracted not falling for the wrong thoughts. When you were scrubbing the kitchen with three other slaves, you finally dared a first conversation:
"Do you actually get here how much the world is changing?"
The young women did not look up. Their faces were so tired from the humiliations of the nobles, from dreary work and imprisonment. You dried your hands as you continued to watch them.
"There is no more world government anymore - you don't have to stay here."
They ignored you, continued to go about their work diligently.
"Did they cut your tongues off?"
The one closest to you finally looked at you. Judging by the look on her face, you had hit the mark. You grimaced in agony.
"I'm so sorry."

You served the Lord's Supper and the delicacies that came to the table made your mouth water - but you couldn't even dream of tasting them. Your job was to clear away the empty jugs, plates and used cutlery and replace them with clean ones. Suddenly a slave went down next to you and poured wine over one of the nobles. The shouting was trembling. You rushed to her and helped her back on her feet.
"Everything alright?"
Judging by the look on her face, it wasn't.
"How dare you !?", the victim Tenryubito shouted and kicked her in the face so that she went down again. You placed yourself protectively between them.
"Know your place, slave," he said from above.
"Exactly here."
"Bring me a knife - she should never be able to contradict me again."
At the same moment there was a knock on the door. Two guards entered. "Oligar Poly, my honorable ones."
The tenryubito looked back at you dissatisfied. "That has an aftermath."
You paid him no further attention, you helped the girl up and you left the dining room. She started sobbing on the way to the kitchen.
"Nothing happened, everything is fine."

You placed her on the counter and got bandages. At the sight of the tool, Law's tattooed hands briefly flashed in front of you. You had seen several times how patiently, with delicate movements, he had given his crewmembers a doctor if they had injured themselves while working. You got warm around your heart. You called back what you had observed and began to clean the small laceration on her forehead.
More slaves rushed in to inquire about their friends health. A nurse took over your task and you said thank you with a smile. Everyone here seemed to be taking good care of each other - that surprised you. Back at the Agetha's it has been a matter of life and death. A mapped out game.
"It has an end from now on," you said angrily. "Who of you can tell me where to get the key for these annoying handcuffs?"
A tall boy motioned you to wait. He returned a little later with a bunch of keys.
"That went quickly!" You exclaimed happily. When your hands were finally freed from the handcuffs, you stretched. "My comrades! You don't have to do this anymore. They have fooled you. There is a new pirate king and world government is history! With it the rule of the nobles! They cant harm you anymore! You are free! "
You looked into surprised, incredulous eyes.
"Watch me walk out of here."
You stormed out the door back into the dining room. When you saw Oligar you quickened your pace. A few seconds later you jumped him to the ground and firmly in your grip.
You quickly covered over the uninteresting images of his childhood and youth. Your anger made your ability work at a new intensity. You knew exactly what you were looking for. When a familiar face finally appeared, you stopped the flow of memories and concentrated completely on the scene.

Law was crouching in front of a group of nobles; you were standing further back with Olgar's men. The noble spoke to Law and when he seemed to be contradicting him, he struck. A jump in time showed Law being taken off the handcuffs and rubbing his wrists. A few seconds later, the entire room was imprisoned in his bublle. The memory broke off.
When you returned to reality your face was filled with a proud smile. So he got away. Wherever he was.
"Thank you, Oligar." You jumped to your feet and brushed the dirt off your clothes. The slaves had followed you and now stood indecisive between the nobles who shouted wild orders, but the guards also seemed to doubt their authority.
"You brought the wrong person into your ranks," you said before turning away and storming outside, closely followed by your new friends.
Suddenly shots rang out. So there were still enough people who did not want to give up their submission. You stormed down the first hill into the thicket of the forest. Ferns and branches caressed your skin. Under the protection of the bushes you started your journey back to freedom.
