*Adira's pov*
Your phone dings with the only text you were waiting for, Danny saying he was here. Picking up the phone you send a quick text telling him you will be down in five minutes and then hurry to finish your eyeliner. "Fuuuuucccckkk, where's my bag????"
"Sorry I grabbed it already, let's go." The strap to your small purse casually tossed over his shoulder you shake your head but just follow him downstairs anyway.
"Can we listen to yungblud today?" Danny simply hands you his phone and let's you pick what to play. I'm sure he wasn't surprised to hear Strawberry Lipstick immediately start playing cause he knew that was your favorite song closely followed by a few other songs from weird!. Letting go of all the tension from yesterday I decide to let myself relax. Only Danny would keep me calm when I didn't even want to be.
Snapped out of my thoughts Danny singing the lyrics like they were made for his voice, and his voice only, carries sweetly to my ears. Why does he calm me so much? "SO TAKE IT EASY TAKE IT EASY TAKE IT EASY GIRL" Giving the volume dial a huge twist I begin to sing along, surely ruining how good it sounded.
After a few other songs we arrive and sadly have to abandon the music but now I'm in a great mood and ready to have fun. Practically jumping out of the car and lightly bouncing on my toes I smile widely feeling free. Danny laughs at me but I don't care, the white sun dress I'm wearing flows easily when I dance toward him. "Look the sun is almost setting, do you think we'll be outside long enough enough watch it?"
"Yeah I think so." He replies just watching me and not laughing anymore. My smile slowly fades as I stare back confused by the look in his eyes. He shakes his head and refocuses and I follow suit. We enter the building together and get all of the equipment to have fun abandoning the strange moment from the parking lot.
"Good old modest fun." I grin at him and he sets his black golf ball at the start of the first course. He takes his shot overshooting the hole and the ball hits the far edge and rolls halfway back to him. I burst out laughing, "Flawless."
"Why thank you darling." He says with intense sarcasm and mock curtsies at me. I'm glad I came with him this is gonna be fun.
I line up and take my shot not doing much better than him but for different reasons. "Oohhhhh, look who knows so much" (you have to say this line with Miracle Max's voice from The Princess Bride movie, if you don't know it please look it up I'm begging you best movie ever.)
"Well this could take a while..." we both laugh and continue playing the game. And then when I reeeaalllyyy messed up and hit the ball so hard it hit the border of one side and bounced Danny pointed his club at me. I wasn't paying attention and when I looked up to see a club in my face my instincts reacted by throwing my own up to fight him. Realizing what had happened I yelled, "NO NOT AGAIN." I put my club down and started backing up but Danny was having too much fun and kept advancing toward me very threateningly continuing to force me backwards. "Danny...."
He stopped walking toward me but I continued going back. "I would watch ou- ADIRA!!" *SPLASH*
