When Aria Reynolds and her parents, Lily and Jeremiah Reynolds, moved from England to West Georgia for some job offers, none of them expected to be brought into a zombie apocalypse.
With her parents both bitten within the first few days of the damned apocalypse, Aria had to do something she never expected or wanted to do.
She killed them.
Albeit, they begged her and because their sobs and pleading, along with all the blood and such, was getting extremely unbearable, she ended their lives so they wouldn't be in pain anymore and could finally be at peace.
Of course, witnessing your parents bleeding out with their guts on view and killing them would traumatise a 15 year old, hell, it would traumatise anyone. But Aria, she gathered resources from her home and when she left, she didn't look back.
Aria Reynolds spent 3-4 months alone as she walked and killed and cried and slept. But those 3-4 months made the teen into a stronger person. She no longer hesitated when it came to killing walkers, she always kept an eye and an ear out just in case there was a walker or even a person nearby, and she rationed all of her food and drinks to make them last a while.
But alas, when Aria had soon ran out, she started to deteriorate quicker than she anticipated. She became drowsy, she was no longer alerted when a walker or someone was nearby, she had a few close calls and she was ready to just collapse then and there.
However, when she did collapse from dehydration and starvation, it was onto the land of the Greene family. She was quite lucky, as of there, the family immediately took her in and nursed her back to health. They adopted the teen as they found out that she had no one else and Aria was just glad to have had a roof over her head and food and drink.
But she knew nothing would last forever and when a man comes to the house holding a bloodied up boy in his arms, Aria knew it was just the beginning. Never did she think she'd fall for the boy who was shot.
So, join Aria and her family as she goes through love, hate, betrayal, death and much more. All whilst fighting for her life through an apocalypse that could take it if she's not careful.

• Pretend they're older than what they would be in seasons 1, 2 and 3 because of a certain thing that happens. (No, they don't have sex. That's wayyy too early.)

• Another reminder because some of you can't read for shit. This book is an OC, not a Y/N. Do not imagine yourself as the OC because I did not spend all of my time and effort perfecting Aria, just to have readers think everything is about them.
• Again, this book does NOT have a happy ending. I won't spoil it, but let's just say that it will be sad. And that someone goes out the same way to what happened in Season 3.
• I apologise if I get the ages wrong. (they're gonna be older than they usually would be) I have Dyscalculia and it took me ages to figure out the new age differences and such. I gave up trying to figure it out so their ages are probably totally wrong. Oh well.
• I do not own The Walking Dead. I do, however, own my OC's, Aria, Benjamin, Meredith and Charlotte. (No, not Charlotte Weasley from my book RWTS.)
