Hermione hasn't been to a Granger Reunion since she left for Hogwarts. When she gets a letter, 7 years after the Battle of Hogwarts, that invites her to the reunion, what will she do?

I went up to Draco and kissed him, then hugged all of my kids. We sat down at the massive dining table, and began to eat the delicious dinner that Trixy had made. I would have to give her a raise for being able to make this much food on such short notice.
When the desert rolled around, the women and I made eye contact and nodded. The four of us stood up, and Ginny began.
"We each have an announcement to make. I'll start. Harry and I found out the twins' gender today. We are having two more little boys!" Ginny said.
All the boys and the kids were very excited. Aries was looking forward to having two more friends. Then, Lavender shared.
"There's another baby Weasley on the way!" Lavender said.
Everyone clapped, and Ron froze, then stood up and kissed Lavender. Their kids booed, and the two sat down, with Ron's hand on Lavender's belly. Next Luna spoke.
"There is also another baby Zabini coming." Luna said calmly. Blaise pulled her into a big hug, with all their kids joining in.
Then, it was my turn. I was quite nervous, but spoke up.
"I am also pregnant. And there are going to be four new baby Malfoys in the world soon." Everyone but the girls stared at me wide eyed.
After what seemed like forever, Draco picked me up, and twirled me around, and then kissed me. He knelt down, and kissed my belly.
"Well, this has been a most eventful evening. I'm afraid the kids' bedtime is soon, so Ginny and I are going to leave. See you tomorrow!΅ Harry said, and walked out with his wife and children.
The others followed suit, and left. I tucked the kids into bed, and left to find Draco. When I entered our bedroom, he was waiting for me.
"Quadruplets. I was not expecting that. This will be a whole new journey!" He said excitedly.
I smiled at him, and lay down on the bed. The two of us talked for a good portion of the night, then went to sleep with smiles on our faces.
5 weeks later:
I stood in front of the mirror, looking sideways at my belly. I was already showing. We had gone to get an ultrasound earlier in the month. All the babies were healthy, and I was 5 and a half months pregnant. I was showing quite a bit, and looked more like I was 7 months pregnant.
I sighed. I already looked large. Draco said that I looked beautiful, but I was still self-conscious.
My morning sickness was absolutely awful with quads. I could not wait to get these babies out of my belly, but I still had 3 more months.
I began to pack some bags for the reunion. It lasted a week, and I knew that I needed to go shopping for some formal maternity clothes, since there was going to be a ball on the last day of the reunion.
Draco and I decided that that would be the day that we would reveal our marriage and our kids, given that after the quads were born, he would need to stay home with us for a few months.
It would be nice to go out in public with Draco and the kids again. It has been hard hiding our relationship.
Unfortunately, Draco will be out of town until the day of the ball. He tried to cancel his meeting, but they wouldn't let him. It was an important merger, and he needed to be there. I told him that I would be fine, but I was starting to doubt that. I headed out to go shopping in the last maternity outfit I had that fit.
