Lost but still on a path
Hiding but not running
Silent but still talking
Alone but still with people
Realistic but delusional
Waking up but still dreaming
Smiling but not happy
Crying but there's no tears
Hurting but feeling no pain
Breathing but not living
Searching but not finding
Asking but not receiving
Reaching out but I can't hold on
Healing but fading
Glowing but dimming
Trusting but losing
Trying but failing
Hoping but feeling unsure
relying but hoping you won't go
