The next day Tate woke up and immediately got ready for school, pushing away the memories of what happened last night, she didn't want to ever relive them and she could only hope that her friends wouldn't bring it up. She put on her outfit of the day and packed her school bag, today her class was going on a field trip to the Chicago museum and to be fair, she was only looking forward to it so she could get out of french. Once she was sorted she ran into the bathroom, once again bumping into Aidan, but this time he just smiled slightly and let her be peacefully which she was thankful for. She brushed her teeth and ran downstairs, trying to ignore her parents as she grabbed an apple from the fridge, for some reason her family puts them in the fridge...
She began walking to school, today wasn't as sunny however so she had a jacket on, she had her usual style tagged in her and felt comfortable as she walked bewilderingly towards the school entrance, since it was so chilly her friends were waiting for her inside instead. She laughed when she saw that she was matching Amy with the bottom half of their outfits as they walked towards their lockers ready for the days grilling work.

Hank strolled into the bullpen with a file in his hands, "we have the search warrant but we still need to sort out what we're actually looking for so Halstead, upton and Atwater I want you three pulling out a UC later today" he nodded and put the search warrant into jays desk. The trio nodded, basically they would have to break into the jenson household again and sneak into Ryan's office to look through his files, but this time they were doing it by the books since it was accept the commissioner. The team got on with looking through their existing evidence and pulling out some missing pieces which they would need to look for, their hope of actually finishing the case was finally coming back to them.

Tatums class was sat in the cafeteria just after dinner, around 1:40pm ish, ready to go on their field trip but as the headteacher began reading over their names on the register the teacher stopped at her name, "Tatum Walker...come here a sec" he called her over then carried on with the register. Tatum sighed and stood up before walking over to him, waiting for him to stop yelling people's names out since he was shouting right down her lugs. The headteacher sighed, "I warned you last week Tate, I said if your biology grade wasn't back up to a B you weren't coming on the trip and unfortunately it's only on a D, I'm sorry kiddo but I'm gonna have to dismiss you this time" he shrugged sadly, all though Tatum could see that he didn't really care.
Tatum nodded sadly, "Mkay, does that mean I have to go home?" She tilted her head. The headteacher nodded, "I'm sorry Tate, one of the teachers can happily give you a ride home if you need it..." he opposed but she shook her head, "it's fine, I'll just walk" she smiled. The headteacher nodded, "try get your grades back up Tate, I really mean it" he warned her. Tatum nodded and walked away as her friends wondered where she was going, but the thing her teachers don't see is that she's trying, but her home circumstance isn't really helping her with her study's either. Great, another reason for her parents to hate her...
