Chp. 4 - Brothers and Dad

Error and Blue played Tag in the endless Anti-VOID.
For some people it might be boring playing Tag with only two people, but for Error, who never played before Blue came into his life, it was the fun of his life.
With an bright smile ran he after Blue, who smirked back at the glitch.
The SOUL from Blue warmed up, when he saw his so- Error this happy.

While they were playing, a familiar colourful skeleton teleported with a white, bleeding skeleton into the Anti-VOID.
Error stopped appruptetly running after Blue and looked at the two.
Blue stopped too and looked shocked at the bleeding skeleton.
That didn't look like something you get and then stand there like nothing happened. The wound seemed fresh.

Error ran happily to Fresh.
,,FreSH! YoUR'e BacK! WHo IS tHAt? iS tHAt a FRiEnD? Is hE oKaY?"
He asked excited, but also worried.
He knew how much it hurt when he was bleeding.
Geno flinched at the glitchy voice and that the weird black skeleton, which is literally the destroyer of worlds, act like child.
Then he forced himself to smile.
,,I-I am actually Fresh's brother. Kind of. My name is Geno. N-nice to meet you two. And yes, I am okay. Its nothing that can be fixed."
The bleeding skeleton said to Error and Blue, who slowly walked behind Error.
His stary eyes had something warning. Error didn't seem to notice it.
Of course not, Blue was behind him.
He didn't go further into the bleeding-thing, not wanting to upset the in the Anti-VOID barely visible skeleton.
,,COoL! i Am ErRor! AnD tHIs iS BLuE! HE Is THe BEeeEsT PErSoN of tHe WorLD! AnD WHaT IS a BrOThER?"

Blue chuckled slightly nervous.
On one side he was happy that Error liked him.
Of course he did, he saw him as a father and Blue knew it.
On the other side was he wary and wanted to protect his little sunshine.
Too many people already hurt Error and now there where two skeleton with the capability to hurt his... son.
Yes, son was actually a nice word.

Geno seemed to notice Blue's wariness, but decided not to point on it.
He saw to Error.
It may sound suprising, but Error and Geno were the same hight.
That said, Geno was smaller then Blue and Fresh.
,,A brother is someone who cares for you. He can be biological but also not. Brothers usually have the same parents. But sometimes its just a connection between two people, who don't love eachother romantically but more like siblings. They are fighting and helping each other. They even would get hurt for their brothers."
Tried the bleeding one to explain.
Error seemed even more excited.
,,tHaT SOuNDS SO COol! IS bLuE tHAn SOmeTHiNg lIKe mY BrOTHeR?"
Fresh looked at Blue.
,,P sure that he is like ya old man."
,,With other words: Your dad."
Translated Geno Fresh quickly.

Even if Error didn't know what a dad was, was he pretty exited.
,,ReaLLy? tHAt SoUNdS CoOL tOo!"
,,It sure does." Mumbled Blue.
,,thAn... CaN YOu bE mY BRotHeRs? PwETtY PWeeEeAsE?" Blue coughed.
Geno stared at Error who looked at him with big, begging eyes.
,,...I can't say no to these eyes..." whispered Geno, apparently already having a soft spot for the bean, Error heard it and bounced happy up and down.
,,YaY! tHAnK yOU, ThaNK YoU, tHAnK YOu!"
He shouted and would have probably hugged Geno if he hadn't Haphephobia. Suddenly Geno began to cough.
,,a-ArE YOu oK, NEw BrOThEr?"
Error asked worriedly. Geno nodded.
,,Y-yes. I just can't *cough cough* be so long outside my home. See ya, Error."
And with that Fresh and Geno teleported away, but not after Fresh said Goodbye to Error too.

Blue sighed.
,,Error, do you want to go to Outertale?"
He asked, knowing how much Error loved the stars. Error's eyes widened happily.
,,yEs, PLEaSe!" He said with an widened grin.

Then Error opened a portal and the two walked to a cliff in Outertale.
Nobody really ever went here, because the cliff leaded into the VOID.
Not that Error cared, he just enjoyed the beautiful starview, completely oblivious to Blue's protectiveness at this place.

The two looked in the sky, Error cuddling onto Blue, happy that his Haphephobia didn't act up around Blue anymore.
His eyes formed into exited stars, when a shooting star flew above the heads of the two. Then one more. And more.
Until the sky was filled with a shower of shooting stars.
Error laughed happily like a little child and seemed to literally vibrate where he sat. After a while the shooting stars became less and less, until there were no shooting stars anymore.

(At the foot of the bed of the author was an omnious triangle, looking at them.
,,I heard something about a shooting star?" The triangle said. The author looked left and right. ,,Did I just made a Crossover between Steven Universe, Gravity Falls and the Undertale Fandom?")

Error looked up at Blue.
,,BlUe... GeNo aNd FrEsh sAId soMEthiNg tHAt yOu arE liKe My ,DAd'. DOEs tHat MEan I cAn CalL YoU tHaT? Dad?"
The Sans looked suprised at Error.
His starry eyes widened.
A happy smile formed on Blue's face and he hugged Error. ,,YES!"
Error shivered a bit by the loud voice, but was happy that Blue was happy.
,,oKAy Bl-... DaD."

The blue skeleton smiled brightly at this title.
He wished so long for Error to call him that. Blue patted the head of the glitch. ,,Thanks... son."
The small one looked confused at Blue. ,,sUn?"
His now ,official' dad chuckled. ,,No. Not sun. Son. Thats what the male offsprings of parents are called. If you would be female, it would be called ,daughter'."

Error looked at Blue. ,,AnD iF thEy dOn'T hAvE a GeNdeR?" Blue smiled.
,,Child, I guess. Asgore always called Chara ,My child' And when monster are genderless or have genderless kids they call them ,child' too. Or with their pronounce, ,them' or ,they'. Its actually pretty rude to assume a gender if you don't know the person, in my opinion." ,,oH."
Said Error shortly, not really understanding the half of it.

After a while of chatting through various themes, Error being a curious bean and asking questions other would have found rude or just respect less unless they were like Blue and would understand that Error didn't want to hurt a person, Blue decided it was time to go home.
The black skeleton pouted a bit, but opened a portal nonetheless.

(Oh my god what was this fricking long sentence.)

Since a few minutes after I released the first chapter of this ,,book", I wanted to fix it, because I made a few mistakes. But until now, I was too lazy. Do you relate; or am I the only one? ;-; I also need to fix the ,Fresh's name' mistake. He never introduced himself, but Blue and Error know magically that this is his name despite never meeting him.

Anyways, hope you enjoy my cringy writing about a plot, some part thoughts in my head and other things. By the way - I don't know if some of you feel attacked by the whole gender thing, but when you do, I am sorry. I don't mean to hurt any of you or something else. ... And if some of you feel Attacked I definitely wrote something wrong.

Also I thought if you have any questions to that book or the characters, I thought you could write the questions here. I would answer them in the next End-Of-The-Chapter-A/N.
