Dream woke up, cuddled against something comfy. He sighed contently and closed his eyes again. The thing he was cuddled against yawned and Dreams eyes snapped open.
"Dream?" Techno asked, his voice deeper than usual.
"Um yeah?" Dream asked, blushing. Dream didn't want to get up but began to lift himself off of Techno anyway, not wanting to make it awkward.
"In a minute," Techno mumbled, pulling Dream back onto his chest and wrapping his arms around him.
Dream chuckled and blushed brighter, burying his face into Technos chest.
"Morning!" Tommy yelled, bursting into the room and jumping onto the boys.
"Tommy you idiot!" Techno yelled, shoving him off the bed.
"OOOH, did I interrupt your sexy times? Sorryyyyy!" Tommy teasingly shouted, running out of the room.
"Sorry Dream," Techno apologised, both of them getting up with red faces.
"It's alright," Dream changed the subject, "Um, what time is it?"
Techno grabbed his phone, "It's about 6 am."
"Wow, I haven't slept that long in ages," Dream smiled, yawning, "Sleeping with you must have helped me."
"Hm, we should sleep together more often." Techno blushed and shook his head, brushing off his choice of words.
"Can we go get coffee?" Dream asked, pulling the sleeves of Technos jumper down.
"From the kitchen? Or somewhere out? Because I know somewhere we can go if you want."
"Do I have to get dressed?"
Techno looked Dream up and down, "No that's fine, we're wearing the same thing and I'm not getting dressed so."
"Alright, let's go."
10 minutes later and Techno and Dream walked into the small coffee shop that only had a couple of other people sat inside.
"Techno!" A girl with pink hair welcomed, smiling widely.
"Ah, Niki!" Techno grinned, walking over to hug the smaller girl.
"I feel like I haven't seen you in ages."
"Me too, I'll have to come by more often. Or we should hang out more at school."
"Of course," Niki pulled away from the hug and looked over at Dream, "And whos this?"
"Niki, this is Dream. Dream this is my friend Niki, she goes to college with us."
"Ah, so your that boy," Niki giggled, "You're exactly as Techno described."
"Niki," Techno warned.
"Sorry, okay sit wherever you'd like. I'll be making the usual?"
"Of course."
Techno led Dream to a table by the window and they sat down opposite each other.
"You know, you wouldn't think you were a touchy kind of person," Dream said, frowning.
"I'm not, only with the people I call family."
"How long have you two known each other?"
"We've been friends since kindergarten, she's been adopted into the family. Just like Ranboo and Tubbo."
"Hmm, that's sweet."
"What is?"
"To have such a close family, I'm only close with my brother. I'm not even sure where my mom is right now, and my so-called dad is dead."
