The secret between us (Levi X Reader)

Chapter 9

+Sorry I haven't updated in a while. School just got very overwhelming for me and I wasn't in a good spot for like a good month lol. So now I'm back+

We were chasing after Annie. Mikasa was worried sick her body was giving off bad vibes. She was worrying me, I was worried too. Levi looked chill as ever. It gave me weird vibes if I had to be honest.

"Y/n and Mikasa you distract the female titan while I get Eren out." He looked at Mikasa then at me with a uneasy look.

"Yes sir!" We both replied in a firm in a firm voice. Mikasa flew up to the titan and sliced her legs. I just flew around her head since I didn't want to hurt Annie. I could see Annie's fear in her eyes.
'What was I doing' is all I could think to myself. I'm betraying someone who is like a sister to me. Why am I hurting her? I mean I'm supposed to be on her side. My emotions were overwhelming me.

My vision got blurry with tears in my eyes. Why do I care about Levi more than her. Just why? Annie is like my sister.

"Move back y/n!" I Heard Levi hell on the side of my ear. He came in and spun himself up her arm. He looked like a bay blade to me. He cut her arm all the way up to her shoulder.

I saw Mikasa looking at her Nape. She is going to get killed, "Mikasa NOOOO" I shouted on the top my lungs
She tried to slice Annie's nape, but she hardened to quick. This pulled Annie's head up to look at Mikasa. I knew Mikasa could be next to be dead. Levi looked at me and sliced her mouth opened. I flew over to stand on her sliced jaw.

"C'mon y/n help me get this filthy thing out of her mouth." Levi ordered me, I picked up his arms and Levi picked up his legs. I could see the disgust in his face. He looked like he wanted to die right there. Levi took him away from me, he could tell I was struggling to pick him up with all Annie's saliva on him.

"Cmon lets move it back to HQ!" Levi shouted at us. We were flying back. I saw a tear lay down Annies cheek. My god she is going to kill me. What about Reiner?! He is going to be so mad at me for this. I felt dizzy. I am useless to this mission. I am a treason to Marley. Every thought made me lose my breath. Before I knew is i felt everything go black and I felt my self falling.

"She should be awake by now." I heard muffled voices outside the door. I was in a unfamiliar room. I tried to get up, but my and was tied to the side of the bed. What was going? Was I caught? No I couldn't have! Wait, what even happened?

"Wow your awake already y/n!" Hange said in my face. I moved my head back since she was so cheerful.

I jumped back because I was scared for my life, "what's-What's going on?!" I shouted in Hange's face, "Where is Levi?!" I shouted at her again.

"Please calm down y/n. Levi should be here soon. I have some questions for you." My face durned into stone. I was a good Liar but, I was really panicked right now.

"Do you know you have healing abilities?"
"No" I said in a firm voice
"Are you a titan y/n?"
"No, I am not a titan Hange." I said to her in harsh tone.
"Y/n when you passed out and hit the ground you had a big gash on your forehead. It is now gone." She replied back to me in a low tone.

"Well Hange, I don't know what your talking about. I am not a titan. Also I do now have healing abilities. I am done talking about this." She could tell I was on the verge of tears. She stood up and walked out of the room.

My heart was aching. If I went down Annie was going to go down too.

"So is it true you are a titan?" Levi questioned when he walked in. My eyes widened. I wanted to jump up and hug him but I couldn't.

"Levi please you got to believe me! I swear I'm not a titan. I swear I wouldn't hurt any of you." He walked over and sat in the chair next to me. My heart was pounding. He just stared at me in silence.

"We need to take a break of whatever is between us." My eyes filled with water. My heart ached at his response. My tried to reach out to him with my free hand. He flinched away.

"Please Levi I'm not a monster please.." I couldn't get anything else out with the lump in my throat. I pushed it down and let out a quiet sob.
"When I prove to everyone I'm not a titan, don't come back running to be you asshole."  His eyes widened at my response he looked hurt in a way.

"Y/n I-"
"Save it Levi, Get out."  His eyes looked hurt, but I didnt care at the moment.
"Y/n please if you telling the truth-" I turned my head to him with my hurt eyes
"I said Get out!" I screamed at him in a Horst voice.

He finally picked up on that I was a mess. He got up and left. I just wanted to see Reiner or Bertholdt. They knew what to do. I was laying in the room unable to do anything since my hand was still cuffed Harshly to the bed. I finally fell asleep.  I cried myself to sleep that night. 

+3 hours later+

I woke up with tears still coming down my face. I looked out the window next to me to realize it was still night. I also realized what just happened was not a dream. I started crying again to realize how much of a fuck up I really am. 

I turned my head to a door that creaked opened into my room.

"Y/n we need to talk now we got to save you." I could tell it was Reiner's voice so my face relaxed.

"Reiner I'm so sorry. I know I messed up.  Zeke is going to kill me.  Annie she is going to have my head." I started rambling and crying a little. He walked over towards me and cupped my cheeks. He pulled his lips onto mine and held me tight. I didn't fight back since I felt calm at this move. 

He pulled himself off me, "Just shut up for 5 minutes please." I nodded and he sat next to me on the bed. 
"I heard some of Hange's plans, they are going to take you outside in the morning. They are going to try to hurt you in a way to activate your titan form. Also they are going to try to see if it heals. I need you to not try to let the titan shifting happen. For the healing you going to have to stay up all night so your body is too tired to heal."

I nodded at his response.  I looked at him and spoke up, "Reiner what happens if this doesn't work." He looked at me with a sad face.

"I'm not sure y/n, but lets not thinking about that ok? Also what happened between you and Levi?" I picked up my head to meet with his eyes.

"He left me. He wants nothing to do with me anymore. He believes I'm a titan too." He looked into my eyes and felt guilty, but this wasn't his fault this was mine.

"Let's just talk about something else I dont want you to get upset."
+In the morning+

It was around 6 in the morning and Reiner left about 10 minutes ago. I wasn't ready for what was about to happen. Reiner also gave me some kind of herb to eat so my couldn't heal itself.

I sat up real quick when I heard my door open, "Yay your awake y/n! Can't wait to experiment today on you." I rolled my eyes at her knowing she is going to be disappointed when nothing happens.

Two guards came over to me  and uncuffed my hand from the bed. They then ripped me up from the bed onto my feet. They put my hands infront of me and cuffed them together. 

"Okay now were ready! This is going to be so much fun!" I heard Hange scream from outside my room.

The guards kept pushing me down the hallway to outside of HQ. I wanted to cry. Every step was close to my secret.

We were 5 feet away from the outside doors. I felt a sharp pain in my heart. We walked outside to the sun hitting my face. I felt alone. There were a bunch of scouts outside waiting for me to turn into the monster I am. 

I looked to the center of all the scouts to see... Levi

I'm going to be releasing another chapter this weekend. I have been in a very bad spot lately so That was why I was gone for so damn long, but I am very happy to be back!
