I watched as Eren looked shocked to see this small pip squeak.  Armin looked like he wanted to say something but couldn't get the words out.  Armin finally thought of something, "He is a titan shifter y/n said so!"  I wanted to slap my forehead since I was in deep shit. If Reiner finds out I said this he is going to kill me.

"Why do you call it a titan shifter brat?" I didn't know how to reply to the man. I mean no one here knows the secrets about titans. I put my blades back into my gear and sighed at the question he just asked.  I didn't know how I should reply. I knew he was definitely a scout so I should reply respectfully

"I call it a titan shifter sir since my dad called them those when he did his research." I locked my eyes with him. He stared at me for a few seconds then looked back into the sky. He spoke up again, "If you know so much about titans then you should speak to section commander Zoë Hange.  Also what is your name?" I didn't know how I should reply to this I had to make a fake last name fast.

"My name is Y/n Ross sir!" I spoke very fast in a nervous tone.  I couldn't let this man get in the way of  my plans.  He wouldn't though look how small he is.

The man looked at me again and looked back at Eren he was blacked out in Armin's arms. I let out a sigh. I probably should find my way back to Riener and Annie. Oh Reiner is going to kill me. 

+++A day later+++
I was sitting and eating when a man broke through the door and shouted are 3 names.  Mikasa got up so fast, Armin was in shock for a second. We arrived in the court house  I was standing next to Mikasa in the rows of pews. I was confused what was going on until I saw Eren in cuffs getting walked into the court room.  I gasped when I saw they were treating Eren like this. Why the hell are they doing this to him. Eren could break out of those chains if he wanted too. They placed him in the middle of the room. Eren looked confused and lost. Men on both sides were arguing.

Erwin gave his point on why the scouts should have custody of Eren. I wanted to speak up about how he can help. Armin looked at me and I whispered over to Levi if I should say something. He surprised me and nods in approval 
"Sir if I could please state some evidence?" The judge nods in approval, "Eren is a 'titan shifter' He can turn himself into a titan but have full aware of his surroundings.  He can also be pulled out of this  form when his nape is cut open."  I was proud of myself. I proved myself.

The guy across the roomed yelled, "Maybe she is a titan too!" I started at the man in disbelief. I mean he wasn't wrong.

Levi looked at the man and stared at him, "Yelling isn't going to help you and your fat merchant friends." I gasped at his response.

Eren started getting angry on how they were treating everyone. The judge looked at Mikasa again and asked, "Is it true that Eren Yeager tried to attack you in titan form?" My eyes widened at this question.

The girl with the white hair whispered to her, "I can't lie about the report." I could tell Mikasa wanted to lie. The girl next to her spoke once again. "Don't lie about this!".  I sighed at the girl with the white hair.  She should of never told about this incident.

Mikasa finally spoke up, "Yes sir he did try to attack me." Deep down I felt bad for her in a way. I covered my face up with my hands and dropped them down to my sides. I looked over and Mikasa started to talk again, "But sir he did regain him self and patch the hole in wall rose.  He saved me twice in his titan form too." I was happy that she told the man about this since this would help a lot with the case.

Another man across the room yelled again, "Maybe she is a disgusting monster like him too!" I can't believe there pulling the whole titan thing and labeling everyone. I have to make sure Eren is safe, only reason since he is a titan shifter.
