Episode 3

"Richy," everyone was yelling his name and I said "for God's sake, I saw him pass out he won't answer us, so maybe we should split up," and the all nodded in agreement and I said again "great, Lilly and I will go together, Jessy and Dan will go this way, Thomas you and Cleo will go this way," I instructed them and Dan stopped me and said "excuse me, why are you and Lilly going together, about a week ago you were fighting like dogs,"

"because... it's none of your business, just let's go search for Richy," I said and everyone went in their instructed directions and so did Lilly and I.

"so does Jake know you're here?" Lilly asked as we were searching and I answered "no, he doesn't, I... I promised him that I won't come here,"

"yet here you are," and I said "yeah here I am," then I noticed Richy's cap that he was wearing and we headed there and found him with so much blood around him, I knelt beside him, took out a tissue, placed on his neck and checked for pulse and thank God he was alive.

"call 911, and then call the group and tell them we found him,"

Now we were standing near the ambulance as they were putting Richie on the stretcher, while the police were investigating the crime scene, of course they asked us about what happened but we were able to wrap things around, but now the press were here with the cameras so we had to go home.

when we got to Jessy's house I looked at my phone and noticed that there was a message from Jake so I opened it.

Jake : How nice? Right now I'm watching you on Duskwood news.

Shit, shit that wasn't the plan, stupid press, did they have to show up?

Maya : I can explain.

Jake : Save it, you always ask if you can trust but can I trust you, Maya?

Maya : You know you can, I had to come here Jake okay, I had to and it's not just about Hanna it's about me.

Jake : What do you mean it's about you?

Maya : I'll explain later, I'm sure you're busy now.

Jake : Maya weren't you afraid yesterday, from the people who are following me? What changed?

Maya : That made me change, Jake I'm completely alone, my family is there yes but they know nothing about this, so maybe if I'm here between my friends I'll at least feel safe, since you're selfish to even call sometimes.

Jake : I'm selfish? Great Maya just Great.

Then he went offline, I know I shouldn't have said that but I was so mad right now. 

"Jess, do you have anything to drink?" I asked and they all stared at me in surprise and I asked "what?"

"aren't you the same person that told me not to drink again?" Dan said and I laughed then answered "well right now I'm mad and I need a drink," He smiled and grabbed a bottle of whiskey, glasses and came towards me.

"So Maya , where will you stay?" Cleo asked and I said " I don't know maybe at the motel,"

"well you won't go there today, it's almost night plus you don't know your way around duskwood yet so you can stay here today," Jessy said and I smiled at her and said "thanks Jess,"

My phone started buzzing, I  took it and looked at the screen then answered "hey sis," I heard my little brother's voice.

"hey, baby bro," I said and he groaned when asked "why are you out of town?" I hesitated then answered "job,"

"When will you come back?" he asked and I let out a sigh then said "don't know yet, I'll keep you posted," we had a little chit chat then hung up, and I was tired right now, all I needed was to sleep.

7 A.M

I woke up at the sound of my car alert, I immediately bolted up from the couch and went went outside to find my car Windows completely destroyed except for the front one which had a raven sign on it and I'm sure it wasn't drawn by colors, it was blood, and I saw it in real life before, I'm sure I did.

'Maya 17 years old'

"Oh my god," Jennifer said as we stared at the raven sign at her door, what the hell is happening?

my phone started ringing and I answered "Miss Hanson," A female voice said and I answered "no it's her friend, may I know what is it?" 

"The bag of blood she donated today is missing, we just needed to inform her," I looked at the door and understood where did the bag go and then I said "okay thank you so much I'll tell her," then hung up.

"the blood bag you donated is missing," I said and pointed at the sign, then sighed and said "come on let's clean it up before someone sees it," but she didn't move, she was in shock and I don't blame her, she was marked and we know what that means.

"Jenny, look at me," I said as I took her face in my hands and continued "everything will be fine, I won't leave my best friends alone," then she hugged me and started crying.

'Present'

I found Jessy behind me looking at the car, but I was too far away in my thoughts as I thought about the memory I just recovered, how do I know Jennifer Hanson, and she was my friend but she wasn't the only best friend I had.

"I need to clean this up," I explained and Jessy nodded her head then went to the house and came back with water and towels and we started cleaning it up, when we finished Jessy informed me that she's going to get Phil out on bail.

So maybe it's time for me to visit Aurora and understand some things from Phil.
