A thousand moons ago on a planet far away from the one we call earth was a beautiful woman, that carried a miracle. Her hair was golden brown and reached to her small waist. Her sky blue eyes watched the sunset, as the spring wind rubbed against her peachy-pink cheeks. One of her hands was placed on the rail of the massive golden balcony while the other massaged her big stomach." Soon my dear, you will watch the sunset with your own eyes," she said and looked down at her abdomen that was hidden underneath her purple satin robe. The woman waited so long for this moment. The pain that she was going through was exhausting. The child would be very powerful that's what she knew, she could sense her potentiality that raced through her veins.
The pregnancy was different the one she had with her other two children. This time something special was happening in the womb."How are you feeling, my dear?" Asked an old man behind her, his voice was old, a bit crispy but very calm. She turned her head around to catch sight of who entered her chamber. The woman signed when the man turned out to be her husband, King of Asgard, Odin. The ruler of the nine realms was very old and had fluffy white hair. His body was covered in a shiny golden armor and instead of his left eye, he had a golden eyepatch. Many stories were told about how the King lost his eye, but only a few of them included the truth.
The woman then stepped closer to him and looked deep into his pale blue eyes. Those are the eyes she fell in love with all those centuries ago. Those are the eyes of the father of her children.
The woman had a disturbing look on her face.
Odin grabbed her arms and spoke again with a sense of worry in his tone "Frigga, are you all right ?"She then looked away and finally answered his question with a soft and calm voice. "I can feel it. She will be powerful, so powerful as Thor or even stronger. But either way, she is different. More-" Frigga stepped ways from him "More complex".
Odin watched her closely as she turned around and went onto the balcony again.
"What do you wanna say by this Frigga?" He followed after her onto the big golden balcony that showed the whole Asgard. It was a beautiful planet with high snowy mountains, deep mysterious blues seas, green and full of life woods and a big golden city that was full of joy and wealth. The gigantic golden castle was right in the middle where the astonishing rainbow bridge shined in front. This was the place where the gods and other mystical creatures lived in harmony.
His golden shoes tapped on the marble floor while his eyes were set on his wife. They spotted a beautiful orange-pink sunset.
It was the most beautiful thing he ever saw. It was like the painter picked a thousand most beautiful hues of pink and orange and smeared them all over the sky. For a second he was so amazed by de sunset that he forgot about Frigga's words and all the worries that came with them."Beautiful, isn't it?" Frigga watched her husband admire the sky while the wind whistled a quiet melody in the mountains. "She will be as beautiful as this sunset. Pure, Strong, kind, and bright." The man heard what she said and whispered a little 'wow' underneath his breath. He could still remember as it was yesterday how the sky looked then Thor was born. Thunderbolts shooting everywhere forming a beautiful puzzle on the navy blue sky.
"Ahh" Out of nowhere Frigga's left-hand flied up to her head while the other one clenched onto Odin. " What's happening?" He asked her scared of everything that might take her and his unborn daughter away from him.
"It's- euhm it's her" she closed her eyes and her knees turned into jelly. With a lot of difficulties she tried to walk, but Odin picked her up before she could make one more step. The King saw the pain on her face and that was his least favorite expression to see on his wife's beautiful face.
