Amelia had a million auestions floaing around in her head, then she noticed Mitch's legs. "What the heck is wrong with your legs, Mitch?! You have horse legs!"
"Actually, they're goat legs," Mitch corrected, "I'm a satyr."
"And who's driving?" Amelia wondered as she piered in to the driver's seat. Sitting in the drivers seat is a small Latino boy with a mob of dark curly hair, devious eyes, and a smile that tells her not to let him near anything dangerous. He had a toolbelt around his waist and looked like he was 13. "Um, who are you and how old are you?!" she asked him.
"I'm Leo Valdez, and I am 16 thank you very much!" he said.
"Ok," she said scepticlly,"So where are we going?"
"Hey, at least im not the one who-"
"Camp Half-blood," Mitch said quickly before Leo could finish his sentence.
"Where?" Amelia asked confused.
"Camp Half-blood," Mitch restated."It's on Long Island Sound, New York."
"K, but is't that, like, 6 hours from here?"
"Yep."
"Ok, then you have time to explain WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON HERE!!!!!" she yelled.
"K, k, yeesh, no need to shout. You are a half-blood," Mitch started to explain."a child of the Greek/Roman gods. Everything you kno about them is real. Leo here is also a half-blood." Leo waved."He is a son of Hephaestus, the-"
Amelia interrupted him,"Ya, I know, the Greek god of the forges and fire. But Kelly called me a demigod, what is that?"
"It's just another word for half-blood. Oh, and Kelly and her "friends" are empousi." Mitch answered.
"Ok, im tired, I'm gunna take a nap. When will we get there?" Amelia asked, looking at the clock. It read 1:12 p.m.
"Probably at like 7. Chiron gave me money for supper, we can stop at like 5:30," Leo answered.
"Amelia, i know this is a lot to take in, but I will explain more at camp, K?" Mitch said.
"Ya K." And with that she fell into a deep sleep, wondering what was to come.
