Chapter 19: Ambush

{GERMANY'S POV:}

I ran my fingers through my blonde hair, as I looked at Japan who was finally awake. "How could zhey shoot you?" I asked, wondering how they got past Japan. He stood up "I'm not sure, I was rooking for the girrs." Italy smiled "Well at least your ok~ I can make us all pasta to celebrate!" he said a adorable smile plastered on his face. Romano hit his brother in the back of the head "We have-a more important things to worry about you idiot-a." I sighed "Veah, we do Italy." He pouted "Oh okie." I frowned "Ve can have pasta another time." He smiled "SUPER YIPEE~" he said raising his hands and shouting, a huge smile now on his face. Spain looked at me "So what are we going to do?" He asked in his thick Spanish accent. I looked at him "Ve need to stop zhem. I say ve ambush." Prussia nodded "VE AMBUSH ZHEM!" He repeated after me "ZE AWESOME ME CAN STOP ZHEM MYSELF!"

{MY POV: }

We all ran through the forest as fast as we could.
The Axis had to be somewhere out here. We had been running for what seemed like hours, they must have found Japan by now. They must have been shocked to find that he failed to terminate me and my friends. Still, I wondered why The Axis wanted us dead so bad. What had we done? Was it just because we had met The Allies? Was there something special about us?
The thoughts filled up my mind causing me to lose coordination. My foot hit a root, I stumbled forward into the body that had just stopped running. China turned around at me, his dark brown eyes looked black in the darkness. He looked at me, it seemed like he expected me to say something "Sorry....I wasn't focusing on where I was running." China turned back "Why'd we stop?" He asked. America, being the fastest runner somehow; despite the fact that all he ate was burgers, turned to face us. "I dunno. I don't trust something here." He looked around "It seems.......odd." We all stood there, looking around. England was the first to look up at the trees "I can't see anything." He said lowering his head to face America. I shivered, feeling eyes on me "M-Maybe we should move on?" I said not wanting to stay here anymore. France looked at me "I suppose we should. I'm getting a bad feeling ab-" I stared at France as he looked past me, I turned around to see Spain's face, inches from mine. "Hola....." He said, his bright green eyes seemed dimmer than usual, which gave a chill down my spine.

I gulped, looking at Courtney and Rachel with the corner of my eye. I watched as Germany stepped out in front of them, a few feet over Italy stepped out. First time I've ever seen him out of the anime world. Prussia jumped out to the left of me and laughed "Ve got zhem." He said walking closer to us, a smirk on his face. Spain held up his axe and put it inches from my face, I stumbled backwards slightly, and walked back. I turned my head to see what was happening to The Allies. They were all there, backs to me, in the same situation. I made the mistake to turn back to Spain, feeling his sharp axe cut my cheek, I winched in pain and felt my warm blood drip down my face.
They must have planned this attack. It was so organized, so it must have been thought by Germany or Japan. Smart idea, they must have found us and waited for the right moment. Well they had. This area was a perfect place to hide. The tall bushes, trees that covered light from passing through and hiding the other areas of the forest, and not to mention all the rocks, roots, and holes which made it very easy to fall.
Spain stared at me, his facial expression drained. I heard Courtney scream and turned to see her sleeve now ripped. Germany held a small knife near her and Italy held a gun inches from Rachel's face. My eyes went back to Spain, who now looked ready to kill.

[I just noticed that this story is actually almost over. There's only gonna be like 5 or 4 more chapters ;-;. I love writing this tho. I'm having so much fun with it. And also sexy Spain being sexy *swoon*
