It had been a few days since we had last seen the Allies. Everything was normal again. My family went back to our house, me and my friends all went back to school, our lifes just continued on. It had been warmer for the past few days, but the rain was an issue.
My mom handed me a envelope "There's something for you, inside." I grabbed it and nodded "Thanks." I said, examining the envelope. It said my name on it, and then two other words
The Allies
I pulled on my jacket and slid into my tennis shoes "I'll be back in a bit." I said closing the door behind me. I walked on the side, the rain falling, just like the first day we met the Allies. I smiled slightly, and looked at the envelope again. I knocked on Courtney and Rachel's door, revealing both of them. They stared at me "Liv, what's up?" Courtney said a smile on her face "Yeah, you wanna hang?" Rachel said, leaning forward slightly. I shook my head, making both of them raise there eyebrows "They......sent us a letter" I held up the envelope, and looked at them. "wanna see what it says?" I finished, they both nodded, letting me in their house. We got to Rachel's room and opened the envelope.
Olivia, Courtney, Rachel
The other Allies have been bugging me to write this, since apparently I'm the best writer. Wankers, all of them. I don't know why they couldn't take part in this, but they're just lazy I guess, especially America. But I hope you three stay happy and eventually each start a family. I very much appreciated your help, when we fought the Axis. And I hope you all know you were a huge help for us. I will always remember you three, and your families. You made many sacrifices for us, and did great things. I know you'll be happy and your friendship will last for a long time. Remember us when your older, ok? I know we'll meet again, when your older and more responsible. Maybe then you won't get killed. And if you ever see us again, we'll be sure to let yo meet the other Countries. I promise. I wish you luck for the rest of your life.
Sincerely,
Arthur KirklandI felt the tears stream down my face and looked at Courtney and Rachel, who looked exactly the same. We all smiled at each other, and wiped a few tears. I held the letter in my hand and smiled, and gulped "Thanks Kirkland. I'll see you again soon."
