Chapter 3- Warm

Warm

Reki's POV

After dinner, Langa and I went back into my room and I spread out a sleeping bag on the floor next to my bed since Langa was gonna stay over. I'm still pissed at my mom for interrupting what could've been the best kiss of my life. AGAIN. She always comes in the worst moments.

I was unusually tired, I'm always energetic most of the time but now I have zero energy in me so I decided to go to the bathroom and get ready for bed, it wouldn't be bad to sleep early today. Apparently Langa had the same idea because when I came back he was already curled up in the sleeping bag. So. Cute. I've already accepted the fact that I'm gay for him, definitely attracted to him, and I obviously have feelings for him. I just hope he has feelings for me too.

I was feeling extremely cold so I went to my bed, getting comfortable underneath the warm covers but it still wasn't enough, I continued shivering and I also started sneezing, I felt my face burning up. Did I catch a cold?

"Reki, you okay?"

"N-no, I'm f-f-freezing, I think I got a cold" i said in between shivering teeth.

I heard some shuffling and looked over at Langa, seeing him make his way over to me. He knelt down in front of me and lifted his hand, resting the font of it on my forehead then to me cheek.

"Ya, you've got a fever, I'll go get you some water and medicine, I'll be right back" He smiled before leaving the room.

It didn't take long for him to get back with medicine and water. I was too tired to take the medicine though, I think it was obvious because Langa placed his hand behind my neck, lifting it up slightly so that I could drink the water and the medicine.

"T-thank you"

"No problem Reki" He started making his way back to his sleeping bag but I stopped him by holding his wrist.

"C-can you stay next to me only until I sleep? I'm j-just so cold" I can't believe I just asked him that. To my surprise he smiled.

"Sure, Reki" He got into bed from the other side and my heart skipped a beat when he wrapped his arms around me, pulled me closer and nuzzled his face into my neck. I was instantly warm and I was no longer shivering thanks to his body heat. Although I did shiver from his breath tickling my neck. We were cuddling. Stay calm stay calm stay calm Reki stay calm.

I turned around to face him and he lifted his head from my neck only to place his forehead against mine, he looked into my eyes and got closer, our lips barely an inch apart. I hated myself for it but I turned away.

"L-Langa...we shouldn't, I have a cold, I don't want you to get sick" he places his fingers underneath my chin and turned my head to face him.

"I don't care" he said, before placing his lips softly against mine. Butterflies exploded in my chest and I wrapped my hands around his neck. He pulled me closer from my waist as our lips moved in sync. I turned on my back and pulled him on top of me, I felt the tip of his tongue slightly touching my bottom lip and I parted my lips, allowing his tongue to enter, this sent electricity throughout my entire body, this, this is something I've never felt before, and I never want it to end. Suddenly, oxygen wasn't my top priority because I couldn't breathe but I didn't mind, all I cared about was Langa. I needed him more than anything. Our lips broke apart as the kiss came to an end, Langa caught my bottom lip in between his teeth and he bit it softly, causing me to let out a low groan. I pressed my forehead against his and closed my eyes, he buried his hands into my hair.
