As she exited the forest and to cast her eyes upon the mansion, people came from left and right greeting her with smiles and waves. "Hello your majesty!" One koopa waved from beside her. She smiled and waved back. "Evening your honor!" A toad greeted. Rosalina's smile got just a little wider after every remark. Polari even whispered into her ear, "Don't fret Rosalina, there's people out there who love you!" A small blush came over her face as she nodded. She soon began thinking about the one she loved, but because the thoughts overwhelmed her, she shook her head lightly and cursed to herself.

"Enough Rosalina. Your anxiety is going to kick in again."

Polari turned to her, "Hm?" He questioned, but Rosalina soon realized that maybe she spoke too loudly, and responded with a simple, "Oh nothing."

The walk seemed shorter than it looked, because they were already at the doorway being welcomed by Daisy's servants. A head count was being called deeper inside the hallway.

"Ah Daisy, always wanting to make sure she's got enough. It's not like there's enough people here, is there Polari?" She said, shutting her eyes and shaking her head.

No response could be heard from the fellow luma.

This was quite concerning to her, so Rosalina perked her head up and looked around, only to see that Polari had disappeared. A cold sweat came over her chest and her forehead. Her heart began to race with fear, as she frantically paced up and down the hallway to find him. Surely she thought he would be easy to find, since he's always floating above everyone, but since that wasn't the case, this only made her even more afraid. After a few minutes of walking, she felt a gloved hand clasp onto her wrist and pull her toward the side.

"Hey—!" She said, startled by the sudden movement.

Rosalina then realized who it was, the shorter figure was holding onto the found luma's hand, him constantly trying to escape the grasp.

"Will you settle down??" The figure said, hood still over their head. They bonked Polari with his elbow, Polari then giving up from the capture.

The woman's brow furrowed, as she flipped the hoodie off of the figure's head. A scolding finger then rose to beat down upon him (not literally).

"Peasley, you know that is not the way to treat a princess! Snatching her personal advisor and scaring the life out of her!" Rosalina's face began to turn red.

"It's Prince Peasley to you." He began, letting go of Polari. The luma quickly zoomed behind Rosalina as if he was annoyed by him. He then peeped an eye back at him as he kept going. "And that's not the way you talk to a prince." His brow was also furrowed, but a nervous look could be seen in his eyes.

Rosalina's eyes trailed toward the side, she blushed out of embarrassment, "Apologies, Prince Peasely." She then made eye contact with him again. "Now, what brings you the idea to bring me aside"

"Ah, right..." He said, pulling his hood back over his head. "I'm not supposed to be here. I'm supposed to be babysitting my cousins, but this event was a once in a lifetime thing that I just couldn't miss." He explained

"Peasel—" Rosalina started, but soon got cut off by him.

"Shh! Let me finish. I came all the way to Sarasaland to find my special someone." There was a pause, as Rosalina looked at him to finish the explanation. "I need you to keep an eye out for Luigi. If you can, just keep telling me where he is, because...well...you'll find out." He said, his green face pink by now. The bean handed her a slip of paper with his number on it. "Just keep texting me over the time we're here. I need to find the perfect moment and place."

Rosalina was awed at his determination, and nodded at his request. She was the mother of the cosmos, it was her duty to watch over and protect the people who reside inside. So, she did that for both people's sides, watching over Luigi for Peasley.

"Thank you. I'm sorry for snatching your guard—"

He was cut off by Rosalina.

"Advisor." After realizing that she had interrupted, she covered her mouth with her fingers.

"Advisor, sorry...I just needed to get your attention somehow in that mind of yours." He said. They both stood up from their crouched state. "Thank you, I'll see you around." He said, and they parted ways, entering the rather large ballroom.
