                              Nothing... literally nothing. You guys went to training camp, came back, played against the teams, won, and now you guys will go to nationals. Now... is where everything goes downhill.
                              Also depending on which route you choose, that's who'll you'll end up with. Also you met "me" and it's revealed I'm Tooru's girlfriend, leading to a lot of teams hating "me" because I'm from Karasuno and... yeah.
